Fabulous. Safe. Exactly as described, beds are comfortable, place is modern and so spacious. I have a pretty nice, modern home in a great location and I didn't want to leave this place. 2 entrances to the unit; you could park right outside of your door and enter through the porch if you want. However... if you don't get a parking spot early enough in the evening, be prepared to walk. Nearly everything is reserved parking. It is not a dealbreaker. That's how great the place is. The complex and others around it seem like they are in the middle of nowhere, but they aren't. Once you put everything into Maps, you're like 16-20 minutes from anywhere worth being. Lake is nice. Great number of towels, bedding didn't feel cheap, TVs in every room, sofa is big and comfortable, enough cooking supplies, great light coming in. Host is immediately responsive and sent us items through Walmart+ immediately. Host is not obsessive or oppressive, not threatening fees the whole time. Wow. I'll be back.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

I think for the price it was a very good value. I LOVED getting tickets to the Botanical Garden with my stay. I also loved the free cup of coffee... they had pretty good food as well. I visited with my mother and 9 year old daughter. We felt safe in the gated community (the property is set up like an apartment/hotel), but we would not feel comfortable walking around outside the gated community at night. Our neighbors were pretty quiet during our stay. The home was clean, and the community pool was clean as well. It was in the high 80's while we were in Dallas. We turned the air to 75 and it stayed at 81 the 3 days we stayed. That said there were fans in both rooms, so we were still able to sleep ok. The toilet stopped flushing the last night we were there. I let Jean know of our concern about the toilet and she said maintenance would be there to check it out.

Garage parking, simple instructions, clean and well designed space, responsive host, and secure entry and exit. We could walk to breakfast or take a short drive down to the lake. A nice little visit.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

This house was perfect for us! We were celebrating a birthday with friends and family and had about six kids total. When we arrived, not only was the house super clean, but Christie had supplied snacks and treats for our kids - including s’mores, chips, apple pouches and more. It was so thoughtful and sweet. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were great size and well furnished, but the true star is the amazing pool and backyard. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and we are walking away with some wonderful memories.

This place was wonderful and better than expected! My family enjoyed the place especially the kids! The girls loved the double bed and the decor! The bathroom in the hall was amazing, loved the shower. The space was great! Hidden treasure!

The home is lovely. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. It was very cold outside so we were grateful for the heater working. The deck and lake are very nice so we wish we could have had warmer weather to enjoy them. The beds are comfortable. We will definitely rent this home again.

This House was more than expected. Very clean and spacious. We were extremely comfortable in this home. The location was perfect for our travel needs. And the view!!!! Beautiful waterfront location. We could not have asked for better accomodations. We will definitely use this home again. Kudos to the owners. Great experience.

Uma and Balu’s home was perfect. There was plenty of space for our group and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought kayaks, in addition to one Uma and Balu let us use, and kayaked the lake each morning. We will definitely be back!!

The hosts were very communicative before and during my stay, especially since I ended up needing to extend my stay. The condo was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard. The unit was easy to find and parking was a breeze. I'd recommend this property.

The stay was amazing! Love love love the water view. The condo was cozy and bright inside. She left a welcome note and a bottle of wine! Super thoughtful and helpful. I did not ask for local recommendations only because I was there for a wedding but I know Tiffany would have great suggestions! Thanks again Tiffany!!

Very nice condo in a safe neighborhood - oh, and the view - !!! I don’t have anything but good to say about my whole experience. I would rebook, so I think that says it all!
