Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

The beach is minutes down the road, listen for sea lions! The space is appointed with fresh linens and sunny skylights, deck, fire pit, gas grill, sauna(small fee) space heater, CD player, microwave, mini-fridge. Shared property with main house. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard.
