This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

This one of a kind space is all the things you need it to be - inviting, creative, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous! We've put a ton of thought into everything from the layout to the decor to all the things that make for a great night of sleep and a splendid cup of coffee. You'll love this space! Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Small studio (#3) in the heart of SOMA!

This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
