The Weigh Office is a perfect base to relax, unwind and explore The Lakes & the Eden Valley. The building was once a working part of the Eden Valley Railway and has been fully modernised to provide a unique, compact self-catering holiday accommodation for up to two guests. Heated by an environmentally friendly geothermal ground source heat pump, it offers a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, double bed on a mezzanine (accessed via a ladder), private parking and a spacious outside decking area.

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Tethera (Cumbrian for 3) is one of 3 brand new apartments in the newly renovated Cumbrian Bank Barn, 'Amma Barn'. This cozy yet spacious bed-sit comfortably sleeps two people and is perfect for a short get away to enjoy the quieter side of the English Lake district, the Westmorland Dales or the Eden Valley. Tethera has a warm and inviting open-plan space with a sofa, wall-mounted TV, King size bed and kitchenette as well as an en-suite with large walk in shower.

Accommodation provided in delightful character house in Morland near Penrith. The Eden Valley is a charming unspolit part of Cumbria but only 20 minutes from Ullswater. Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet. Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided. It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

Recently refurbished first floor serviced apartment comprising of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs. A baby gate is provided which can be used to limit access to areas of the apartment, but guests with small children should consider this when booking. Situated on the coast to coast route, Shap has many amenities and is a fantastic base to explore the lakes.

Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
