Here In the beautiful Forest of Dean, we are so fortunate to have thousands of acres of forest nestled between the Wye Valley AONB and the Severn Estuary. It’s a special place with a rich history, scenic landscapes, friendly people and many outdoor pursuits. Forest View Cabin is perfectly placed for exploring. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Wether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

Peregrine Hideaway

Nestled in the forest, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the South facing cabin fronts a footpath that leads out into the beautiful landscape. It is situated within our garden, with its own access so you are free to come and go as you please. It lends itself to quiet activities such as writing or similar. It is very peaceful and ideal for a quiet retreat from city life and an escape into nature. The main attraction is walking and/or mountain biking.

Grade II Listed Underdean Lodge

Underdean Lodge is a lovingly restored 2 double bedroom Georgian lodge on the edge of the Forest of Dean and is the perfect base for exploring both the Forest and the Wye Valley. The lodge includes beautiful period features and a wood burning stove. Dogs welcome. Footpaths lead to the Forest from the front door. The Lodge is located adjacent to the A48 for convenient access to Gloucester, Monmouth and Chepstow which are all about 25 minutes away.

The Woodman's Bothy

A rural retreat tucked away on a hillside at the edge of the forest where you can relax in front of the wood burning stove or enjoy the views of the beautiful Hope Mansell valley by the fire pit. This rustic hideaway is perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walkers and cyclists wanting to explore The Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean. Ross on Wye (10 mins), Monmouth (20 mins) and the cathedral city of Hereford (45 mins).
