We had a fantastic stay at The Fenns in Neston! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Karen is a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was perfect for our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfectly stress-free visit. The location is peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently situated for exploring the surrounding area. Whether we were taking a stroll through the charming village or heading out to nearby attractions, The Fenns was the perfect home base. Karen’s hospitality truly made our stay special. We highly recommend The Fenns to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway in Neston. We’d love to return in the future!

I've visited Liverpool before but never stayed near to Sefton Park / Lark Lane type of area. We LOVED it, full of history and character around every corner. The property is exactly as described, a true one-off. Beautifully decorated, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. But not so posh that you don't feel at home. The hosts went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are already planning another visit later in 2025. There's so much to do in Liverpool, particularly for people who love art, music and nature. A magical few days away 😍

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

The photos don’t do it justice. It felt like home and decorated lovely. It was clean and roomy. Good location and quiet.

Such a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable and had such a welcoming vibe. We really felt at home, and the little touches didn’t go unnoticed. Liverpool was great & the homestay made it even better!

We stayed for a wedding 3x parties the accommodation was great and would have accommodated another couple easily. We couldn’t turn the tv on someone was there in minutes to help. The host responded straightaway to our questions. The house was spotless inside and the table beautifully laid for when we arrived. There was also a lovely welcome basket with some nice bits in.

Great place for a group of friends on a night out in the city. Worth enjoying the views from the appartment in day time too. Helpful and acommodating host. Thanks

We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location, in easy walking distance from all the shops and restaurants aswell as the docks. We stayed mid week, it was a bit noisy but didn't bother us or keep us awake. We found the half empty bottle of milk in the fridge a bit odd but the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend taking toilet roll, there was less half a roll (but a tesco around the corner). Lovely towels but only two bath and one hand. If you like a bath sheet or want one for your hair bring extras. The street is a bit grim and communal stair well is smelly and unloved but the apartment is spot-on and just what we wanted. Nicely decorated and fully equipped for a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using air b&b and it was so easy to do, rob was an excellent owner he was fast to respond, left clear instructions about respecting his property and give us helpful advice of rough taxi prices ect. The property was fairly big and we were able to all to spread out, which our group of girls. I would definitely book again if we was to go back to Liverpool!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was near enough to the city and the Albert Docks. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We would recommend and Nicci was very responsive to any queries that we had.

Julie's place was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything required for making meals or anything else. Julie was extremely proactive and the next time I am working in the area I will definitely look to book here again.

Nick's place is perfect if you want to be near the city centre. The space is perfect for a couple. Nick was responsive and helpful at all times and we'd definitely use his flat again.

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

People traveling with kids: stay here. We were right across the street from the part of Stanley Park with the playground and near the pond. Our toddler wore herself out every day. It’s very quiet - we stayed the weekend of the Spurs game when LFC clinched the League title so it was noisy outside and she slept right through it. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone attending a match/wanting to soak up the match day atmosphere. So close to the stadium (RIP Goodison) which means you can take the scenic walk through the park or different scenic route along Anfield to see all the murals. Either way, you don’t have to deal with traffic. There’s also a parking spot if you drive in. There’s an Aldi 5min away for any last minute needs. Cole is super responsive and helpful ( recommended a great babysitter service, let us check in early so our toddler could stay on her nap schedule). We will absolutely try to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Quiet leafy avenue with buzzing Lark Lane just round the corner but not intrusive. Well stocked with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. If I could give this apartment 11 out of 10 I would! Will definitely stay again if in Liverpool.

Great place to stay for a weekend to experience Liverpool’s nightlife. It was nice and quiet and easy to sleep. Perfect location. Craig was really helpful!

The apartment is beautiful and very true to description. Amazing location and very well equipped. It is some walk from the other docks but worth it. Easily found. Claire was really helpful prior to our stay. We didn’t need to contact her during the stay due to no problems at all.

Comfortable apartment in a great location - 5 minutes from beach and seafront with plenty of restaurants (downhill - not a problem for us but east to drive and park if necessary.) . Really appreciated the thought that had gone into making guests’ stays special with lots of thoughtful extras, including fantastic welcome hamper. Thank you! Much appreciated after a long drive on a bank holiday. Very comfortable beds- had a great night’s sleep; appreciated the music themed decor! Will definitely visit again.

Excellent location lovely and peaceful beautiful views over the harbour from the balcony.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
