Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Come relax and enjoy all that Honeoye Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes have to offer at this newly remodeled 900 sq. ft. cottage. The house features two bedrooms, a large living room with plenty of natural light, and an enclosed porch. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and a boat hoist. There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.

Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
