This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake was lovely. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to plan our next trip. This was a last minute reservation and Kathryn was extremely accommodating! Great stay love this property.

Denise’s home was beautiful, comfortable and convenient for our needs. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The bathrooms were sparkly clean and even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a humongous help as I usually forget my own when I travel! Denise was so responsive and attentive to any of our needs. Her father was a huge help during our stay and came by anytime we had a question or needed help with something. We were able to bring our fur children which was a huge bonus. The fenced in yard was great for my girls who were able to roam free and do some exploring in the snow. The addition of the large dog crate and dog runs were also great. I loved seeing that doggy shampoo, dog poo bags, some dog toys and even a muzzle were available if needed.

The cottage was a wonderful venue for our family get together. There is plenty of room for group togetherness, but also areas for quiet and reading. Communication with the host was timely and most helpful. Highly recommended!

We were only there a short time, but my family loved the cabin! My two boys were in the kayaks within 15 minutes of us arriving. The beds were comfortable, the host was super responsive, and we loved the privacy. We hope to return for a longer stay and enjoy it all over again!

This spot seriously looks just like the listings! Cozy, homey, with a well-appointed kitchen and enough heating to keep you warm. We stayed in winter but the back deck looked perfect for summer hangouts. I was able to work from the dining room table and the TV setup was perfect too.

We had an amazing stay. It was our ideal retreat in the finger lakes region. Beautiful views, a great hot tub, nice sized house, beds were comfy, and it was convenient to Letchworth State Park. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable and gave a perfect cabin feel with modern amenities. We loved the hot tub and the game room! The kitchen was gorgeous and the furniture and beds were nice and comfy. The views from the porch were breathtaking and perfect for pictures! The host was very responsive and kind and answered messages promptly. We loved everything about this experience! Thank you! :)

This place was very lovely and cozy. It was completely updated with all modern conveniences. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and cooking and it had just about everything you would need, open to living room with plenty of seating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and did not lack for anything. Games for the family were a nice touch. We would rent again for another visit. It is conveniently located in town and close walking distance to Honeoye Lake.

The first thing upon entering the cottage was the gorgeous view. The decor was charming with a cozy and warm feel. The king size bed was very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves and felt quite comfortable. Maria gave us some nice places to get dinner as well. Definitely a perfect place for R&R.

The views are bar none! I travel with my wife and son frequently and this was one of the most beautiful places we have had the privilege to stay in! There is a great pizza place that delivers as well, Luigis which is in Naples! The home is lovely and feels cozy. If the weather is nice the fireplace was an amazing addition to the visit as well! I can’t recommend this enough and our entire group had nothing but great things to say!

Great place to unwind for a weekend in a remote private location in the woods. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or to just get away for a while this is the perfect place. Our dog was in heaven wandering through the various trails tracking all the different smells. We came up in the winter with the ground covered in snow. Even though it was extremely cold outside we were toasty and cozy with the wood stove going. Would definitely come back again!

Very stress free. No CLEANING RULES and EVERYTHING needed (towels, bedding, toilet paper, etc )was supplied. Got to relax from arrival to departure which was a new experience from other rentals I stayed in. Outside decking and furniture need a power washing but the place couldn’t have been more perfect for what we used it for. Was able to use the boat lift for a boat we rented and fish right from the dock. Lay out of the House was perfect with separate bedrooms upstairs and downstairs and bathroom on each floor. Neighborhood restaurants and breweries were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy cottage in the perfect spot for a quiet Thanksgiving week. Sat outside for hot coffee and taking in the beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed warming up by the fireplace and seeing the water from the comfort of the family room. Cottage is on a private lane that made walking the dog easy and much safer than the main road. Location is just a few minute drive outside of town and close to tons of hiking. Derek was very responsive, and instructions for check-in/out were clear. A terrific stay!
