Frano hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurde sofort eingegangen und es hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte vor Ort. Die Gastfreundschaft von Frano und seiner Familie sind hervorragend, wir wurden mit Früchten und Eiern aus ihrem Besitz versorgt und Frano war immer wieder anwesend und hat sich um die Anlage (Pool etc.) gekümmert. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder mit dem Privatauto zum Hafen geführt. Es steckt sehr viel Herz in der Wohnung aber auch in der Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft, wie auch Ferien bei Frano von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très propre, fidèle à l'annonce et bien équipé : cafetière, lave-vaiselle, sèche cheveux, chaises longues..3 grandes terrasses pour manger, profiter de la vue sur la mer et profiter du jaccuzzi. Gros plus: le garage privatif! Hrvoje est très reactif sur les demandes: nous avons eu un souci technique avec le jaccuzzi qui a été rapidement réglé. Idem pour 2 ampoules grillés qui ont été changées illico. Deux tous petits bémols: - l'appartement est à 200m de la mer avec une bonne côte à négocier (40m D+) - le jacuzzi est plus petit que sur les photos. A 4 (dont 2 enfants) c'est tout juste... Sinon le séjour s'est tres bien passé, je recommande vivement!

Tolle Unterkunft mit erstklassiger Dachterrasse. Sehr sauber, die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Zvonimir und Marija sind sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund - etwa so kann man den Aufenthalt bei Andrey & Nives beschreiben. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in ihrem wunderbaren Haus und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - sie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber mit Herz! Als wir ankamen, fanden wir keinen (wie sonst üblich) leeren Kühlschrank vor, stattdessen bekamen wir diverse Leckereien und auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem notwendigen - was will man mehr, nach einer längeren Reise :-) Ihre Tochter hatte uns sogar noch einen Kuchen gebacken der wirklich extrem lecker war - und auch sonst kamen wir im Verlauf der nächsten Tagen in den Genuss von kroatischem Essen und Gastfreundlichkeit. Mit 2 Teenagern war es toll, dass das Haus sehr gutes WLAN hatte und es sogar für den Aussenbereich noch ein separates WLAN gab! Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir auch Ende September noch draussen baden und auch der Whirlpool kann durch einen Schalter selbst beheizt werden. Empfehlenswert!!

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Kroatien! Wir waren drei Nächte dort und es war einfach makellos. Alles war genau so, wie es auf der Airbnb-Seite beschrieben wurde. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Kreso is an exceptional host; his villa was a wonderful place for us to stay. Everything was perfect, and it made our trip to Split a really special experience. The villa is spacious and clean, and it is perfect for some peaceful relaxation and also nice meals together with a variety of areas to cook and eat. The views of Split from the villa are simply breathtaking, and we always found ourselves saying: 'Wow'! The pool and outdoor area were greatly appreciated, and it made the trip amazing to have a nice refreshing swim or dip in the pool and relax on the loungers reading a book. Kreso went above and beyond with his hospitality and helpfulness, and it made the whole experience a full five stars. If I ever stay in Split again, Kreso's villa will be at the top of my list to come back to. It was a truly unforgettable holiday. Thank you to Kreso for his wonderful hosting and beautiful villa. It was a lovely, genuinely heartwarming experience I will always remember. All the best.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Jelenas Wohnung. Die Unterkunft inklusive der Terrasse waren perfekt, hier haben mein Partner und ich gerne Zeit verbracht. Auch für unseren Hund war die Unterkunft ideal - privat und mit viel Schatten auf der Terrasse durch die vielen Pflanzen. Die direkte Lage zum Meer ist einmalig, in nur zwei Minuten ist man am Strand. Zum Hundestrand, den uns Jelena empfohlen hat, sind es etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, dort haben wir die meisten Tage verbracht, da meistens wenig Leute dort waren. Pučišća ist ein malerisches Örtchen, das nicht zu überlaufen ist. Wir haben die Zeit unheimlich genossen. Jelena stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung und war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen :-)

Pobyt w tym miejscu spędziliśmy świetnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Marija ist eine großartige und sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Saft und Trauben warteten im Apartment auf uns.Alles lief reibungslos. Zum Abschied gab es eine Falsche Wein und frische Lorbeerenblätter. Das Apartment liegt oben auf dem Berg, es ist eine kleine schmale und Straße die hinauf führt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es 1min fahrt vom Apartment entfernt. Das Apartment Maurice liegt im 2 Stock. Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, die Couch ist sehr bequem durch den Topper fühlt es sich wie ein richtiges Bett an, außerdem gibt es eine Kleine Küchenzeile wo Kleinigkeiten zubereitet werden können alles war sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer was groß genug ist, das Bett war bequem. Das Highlight des Apartments ist der große Balkon mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Der Strand unten an der Straße ist super schön, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und das Apartment jedem weitempfehlen.

We had a great stay, the house was nice and perfect for a group of 9 people. The host was very quick in response. Would definitely recommend in you want to chill at in a house and have fun in the city. Groceries and Uber where easily accessible which was comfortable. The outside was different on the picture but good, better and more sunbeds and a small couch, also the pool table outside on the picture is not there but I would definitely recommend the house.

This place is amazing and so are the hosts. Soon after our arival Miljenko's parents Zdravko and Ana greeted us and showed us around. During our stay they were always available and communicative with any of our needs. They also occasionally brought us some fruits from local farmers. This unit location is excellent because it takes about 5 minutes to walk to main street and closest beach. It's very quiet and private place with nice garden. Overall, we were very pleased during our vacation here.

Hosts were helpful if needed, the apartment was clean and the balcony and views were fantastic. We loved having use of the lovely pool. As pictured the kitchenette is very small and sink hard to wash up in; the living area was quite small but we coped as we weren't there much! The apartment is up a very steep windy hill which would be hard (and a bit dangerous) to walk up especially in the heat. Took us about 20mins to drive into Split, you can also get a bus.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und wurden bereits am Anreisetag sehr freundlich von Mira (der Gastgeberin/Vermieterin) empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, was bei der freundlichen und netten Begrüßung kein Wunder war. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir auch eine Käse und Wurstplatte vor als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Mira war zu jeder Zeit immer erreichbar für uns und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. So ein herzlicher Mensch! Wir würden diese Unterkunft und vor allem auch die Gastgeberin immer wieder gerne besuchen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit vollstem Herzen weiter! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! :)

Darko was a great host, left us to our own devices and was helpful when we needed anything. Even cleaned the pool area each morning for us. Villa was very nice, it was a bit out the way for us but we were a group of 7 lads that went out most nights. Would be perfect for a family or a group looking to relax.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.

This apartment was a fantastic find—spotlessly clean with a beautiful view. Ciro was an amazing host—super friendly, always available, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Really appreciated his hospitality!
