Kristina and Ivica have a lovely apartment in the middle of the old town of Zadar. Its located very close to the sea and the view from the balcony is insane.

We loved our stay. The area was superb, quiet and secluded, with close access to the ocean and the old town. A great restaurant is right next door, and it's only a short walk from the bus station. Jadranka was very attentive, kind and generous as a host. We were sad to leave, and would highly recommend it as a perfect place to base yourself in Zadar.

Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Milan sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, einfach beim Check-In und sehr geräumig. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie zum Beispiel die Betten und der Fernseher, wird aber von der Balkonaussicht und der Steinwurf-nähe zum Meer komplett in den Schatten gestellt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt entspannt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank!

Best location 1 block from old city.

Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Direkt am Strand, ruhig und trotzdem waren Ausflüge nach Zadar oder in den Nationalpark noch schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dragica war sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und der Grill auf der Terrasse unten hat uns den ein oder anderen Abend verschönert 😊.

Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

Świetna lokalizacja , bliskość morza, siedząc na tarasie w cieniu Oleandra, słyszeliśmy plusk wody. Domek uroczy, przytulny , dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny , załatwił nam parking -opłata 60 euro za 2 tygodnie. Miejscowość cicha , różne restauracje zachęcają do odwiedzin. Sklepy blisko domu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i te 2 tygodnie minęły nam w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Nawet bijące rano dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła przestały nam przeszkadzać. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Het was een heel mooi apartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel goed te bereiken met de auto en met een prachtig uitzicht. Je hoeft maar 100 meter te lopen voor een heerlijk strandje. Communicatie met Petra verliep ook heel goed. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen rolluik is waardoor je sochtends heel vroeg wakker wordt. Verder echt een top ruimte dus bedankt Petra!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Cette maison en hauteur, un peu a l'écart de Skradin est un bonheur. Certes, il faut se faire a la montée en voiture un peu raid, mais pour le reste, c'est un bonheur! L'appartement au dernier étage est magnifique, tout est bien penser avec du mobilier de qualité. La climatisation dans le salon et les chambres fait beaucoup de bien avec la forte chaleur de l'été. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir
