Stugan ligger väl avskilt, i vår trädgård, i ett lugnt lummigt grönområde. 5 min från Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min från Falsterbo Resort. Stugan har moderna faciliteter i badrum och kök och en mysig terrass i söderläge. Stugan har värmepump/aircondition och är vinterbonad. Nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och golfbanor. Gästhus nära havet

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Kök (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Mysig stuga nära skog och hav - nyrenoverad 2023

Här ligger en av Sveriges vackraste stränder. Naturen är mycket vacker med en blandning av skog och hav. Stugan är 25 kvm + 9 kvm sovloft och renoverades i början av 2023. Ny luft/luft pump, spis och kyl/frys. Nymålade väggar och oljat om golven. Granne med Skanörs Stadspark. Till Skanörs hamn är det 1,8 km och här finns flera mysiga restauranger. Ica butik öppet 07-23, 700 m. Flommens Golfklubb ca 3,7 km. I Falsterbo finns även några restauranger, café och en liten Ica butik.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.
