What an amazing place! Myself and my friend stopped for one night and had a wonderful stay. The property is set in the most beautiful surroundings with so much to do around you. The property was lovely and clean with so many special touches to make our stay even better. Carol is a fantastic host that really does go above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

This place is perfectly located to the train station shops and take aways. The premises have everything you can think of for cooking , relaxing and entertaining. We love this place and is exceptionally run with so many extras that add to a great few days away . I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in fairbourne . We will be definitely coming again 👍 10/10

This has to be one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed at. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect - only a 5 - 15 minute walk to local pubs and cafes, only 25 minutes walk to Cardigan, and on the doorstep of so many local coastal walks. Secondly, the place was so cosy and homely. Louise had gone to so much effort to make us feel at home and to help us enjoy our stay - there were so many spare blankets, towels and bathroom mats available; a dog bed; brand new shower gels and hand soaps; so much wood for the wood burning fire; and everything you would need to help with cooking - milk, spices, oil, pasta. On top of that, there were so many personal touches such as dog treats, prosecco, fresh flowers AND Easter Eggs!!! We were so taken back by all these sweet gestures. The place is decorated so charmingly with original art everywhere, two patio tables with chairs, and two bathrooms. We would love to return and would 100% recommend!!! Thankyou for a lovely stay! :)

Lynn was amazing and managed to sort out an issue we had in less than 12 hours. The place was ideal for a hiking getaway with the river path and Cadair Idris just around the corner.

What a lovely house and just a short stroll down to the harbour. We’ve been to Aberaeron many times over the years but this is the first time we have stayed and so we got to explore a bit more and enjoy the restaurants. Helen’s house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great stay.

Fabulous apartment, right on the front of Aberdyfi. Irene was really friendly and helpful, check-in was a doddle and very easy to find from Irene's instructions and a bit of research. Parking permit provided and plenty of parking on the main car park right in front of the apartment. It was a busy bank holiday weekend but we were still able to park easy enough and it went much quieter after Sunday. My wife and I could have sat in that window for hours! Wonderful view of the estuary, we could just forget about everything and watch the world go by! Over the few days we had a Seabreeze breakfast, pretty much next door, lovely staff and delicious, if not the cheapest. We had a Dovey Inn lunch, again, lovely staff and pub grub at a reasonable price. Lovely people was pretty much them theme of our trip, everyone in Aberdyfi seem so friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay, kids loved how close the beach was and crabbing with the communal nets provided. Great kind idea! We will be back asap!

Just returned from our 4-night stay and we couldn’t be happier! This place was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Jackie and Gareth were the most wonderful hosts—so kind and friendly—and their grandson Evan was such a lovely, polite young man. My children had the best time and truly loved this holiday. The flat is in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome we received was amazing, and Jackie even baked us a cake—it was honestly the best cake I’ve ever eaten! Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back! x

My second visit here, I love how peaceful the garden is and the views across to the surrounding hills. The armchair in the garden under the cover of a canopy is wonderful, allowing me to sit and read all day undisturbed! The hot tub is a huge bonus and this really is a glamping experience. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor shower is lovely too. Thanks so much for a great stay! I will definitely be visiting again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Little Avon Cabin. We stayed a week and we enjoyed every moment. With our children 5 and 3 had a lovely time, playing in the stream, spending time in the herb garden, laying on the hammocks, having BBQs and spending quality time together. The outdoor bath was a delight- we’re looking into getting one for our house! It was big and deep enough to fit all 4 of us in. The coffee was perfect and my husband enjoyed the draft beer. The location was peaceful and quiet but close enough to go out and venture with Poppits beach around 20 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the boat playground which was near it too. Thank you so much for a wonderful time James and Samantha. We would give it a 6/5 if we could!
