The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. I spend much of the year here myself but love to rent it to others to enjoy whilst I'm away.

It is situated within Loch Lomond National Park. It is a one minute walk from the shore of Loch Goil. Springwell is situated in Carrick Castle village which is approximately five miles from the village of Lochgoilhead. Stunning walks! Fabulous views!

The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Cois Loch Lodge is a unique lodge situated in a peaceful setting with magnificent views over Loch Lomond and the hills beyond. Nestled at the end of a private road between Drymen and Balmaha, it has its own private parking and enclosed garden. French doors open out onto a fabulous decking area furnished with a table and garden sofas. A few steps down from the deck sits a tastefully furnished Scandinavian BBQ hut. No matter the weather, you can still enjoy a BBQ!

The Bothan

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. Abundant wildlife such as otters, sea eagles and beautiful wild flora can be discovered as well as historic sites such as Gylen castle, all the while surrounded by breathtaking views. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.
