We took our 2 teenagers and dog away for a couple of nights to chill out & we done exactly that! The house was exactly what we were after, location was amazing, right on the banks of the loch, along with hot tub and coal fire & absolutely peace we have had the best weekend, didn't want to leave. George was very helpful, messaging us before and after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The village shop is literally just 2 mins walk with all your needs if you forget to bring anything. Very friendly and served the most amazing coffee and homemade cakes. Can't wait to return soon. Prachtig, ruim huis dat mooi verzorgd en schoon is. Omheinde grote tuin zodat kinderen (en hond) rustig buiten kunnen spelen. Heel veel voorzieningen aanwezig, prachtige uitzichten over het meer vanuit de eetkamer, veranda en het balkon boven. Vriendelijke host, reageert snel en heeft tips voor de omgeving. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Wij raden het zeker aan. NB: Aanlegsteiger die in advertentie wordt genoemd is niet bij het huis. Huis zelf zit op de heuvel met uitzicht op het meer, dat 5 minuten naar beneden lopen is.

Fantastic cottage in a great location for peaceful days relaxing by the loch or for visiting Scotland. Lovely little pub just a few doors down and nice food served. Friendly host and nice welcome pack.

An incredibly beautiful location with amazing views down Loch Rannoch. The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is big and well equipped, and the dining area spacious. The two big fridges and freezers meant that you can stock up properly and avoid the shops. The living room, with wood burning stove, is super cosy. All the bedrooms are well appointed (the beds are very comfortable), and having two en suite bathrooms is great. The hotel is a really easy walk and the Wild Brownie pub has lovely food and very friendly staff. The delivery from Tescos worked exceptionally well too. The location is spectacular with lovely walks and exquisite drives. The drive to Aberfeldy is particularly magnificent (although icy currently). We had the happiest time over New Year with plenty of space to chill and play games and cook as a family. We are all keen to return.

Absolutely spotless location! I used to stay at Cameron House, but I actually prefer this place now. It’s incredibly clean, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really stands out. Highly recommend!

Jason and Mairi's accommodation is a gem! Beautifully situated within a gorgeous walled garden with the sea on your front doorstep. The accommodation is immaculate and wonderfully warm. Fairlie is a lovely village with Largs nearby and walkable along the coast. We only wish we had booked for longer. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others. Jason and Mairi are fabulous hosts.

What a magical location! In the heart of the countryside and wildlife galore!! Lived sitting in the gorgeous living room with the stove on looking out the window. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The lodge was unbelievably beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like a dream and the host was great. Made sure we had what we needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Probably one of the best views we’ve had while enjoying our breakfast. Would absolutely recommend East Lodge and will have to come back

A fantastic house with everything you could need for a relaxing escape to Perthshire. Very comfortable beds and sofas for after a long day out. Asda delivery really helped as well! Loved the private beach at the end of the road- nice to sit and relax.

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay here in late April. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, right by the loch, with amazing views. If you're looking to switch off and be in nature, it's ideal. The home was very comfortable and clean and Catherine was friendly and helpful.

Had a delightful few days staying in The Guest House. Everything was as described. luxurious, comfortable and in the most beautiful area. the cottage was truly home from home. crisp linen and towels. spotless kitchen with lots of gadgets. the log fire was used on a few occasions it was so lovely to have a long walk, come back light a fire and have a cup of tea looking out onto the Loch.. its just a little gem, one of a few on the Ederline Estate. Thank you Willa and Angus.. flapjack was yummy 😋

We had a lovely stay at this amazing house in a beautiful location. The house is huge. with lots of rooms to do different things. The hosts were happy to respond to the odd queries we had along the way, and I would be confident had anything gone really wrong they would have fixed it cheerfully. If we ever had a similar special occasion to treat ourselves in the future we would definitely consider staying again.

Having visted Rannoch Lodge and Ghillies Cottage for many, many years, it is now home from home. Yes, it's a long drive in but boy is the view worth it! Instant peace, tranquility and relaxation in a breathtaking setting. Just a minute walk to the lawn and the loch with the most beautiful firepit for warmth at all times of the year if you are happy to potter about. Alternatively there's plenty of walking from the doorstep. Supermarkets will deliver to the door but if you do forget something then the local shop is located just 20 mins away in Kinloch Rannoch. The tea room there is also recommended as is the one at the railway station - but note this one is not open out of season. The cottage as usual is always spotlessly clean and Irek is on hand if there are any issues or to answer any questions. Great communication before arrival and a handy guide supplied too. Thanks once again to Richard and the team at Rannoch Lodge for another wonderful stay.

We (family of 4 with 2 tweens/teens) loved our stay here. The cottage was more spacious than appeared on photos, well equipped and with good storage. Communication was great and a warm welcome. The location was great, fabulous view, south-facing and short walk to Aberfeldy.

We had an excellent time at the cottage. Location was super easy to get to and the views of the hills and loch were fantastic. The cottage itself was very clean and inviting. We had the best stay, and would gladly come back!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

We just spent 5 nights at this lovely house. We were a party of 6 adults and a dog. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The photos accurately reflect the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped if a bit on the small side for the size of the house, although there is an additional utility. That said 2-3 people are ok. The garden, is superb with lots of birds. The jetty onto the Loch was fab, as we're the canoe and kayaks! We had a great time with amazing sunny weather. The house is quite isolated ( great!), so you need to plan well. We got a Tesco delivery. Highly recommend this place, a great house, in very beautiful surroundings. Ross and Rachel communicated well and were very responsive. Many thanks 😊

This place is absolutely amazing. The place has a well-stocked kitchen and facilities, beautiful linen and furnishings. Beds were very comfy. Everything you need is in the house. Communication was fantastic, very prompt and friendly. The location is very quiet backing onto the forest, scenery is stunning. Only about a 15 min drive to Dunoon. It does have a steep driveway but easy to navigate with a couple of turns. The bedrooms don't have blockout blinds (seems to be a typical Scottish set up), so if you're a light sleeper an eye mask is useful, or we popped a blanket over the rail to make it darker. We will definitely return!

Wow - what can we say. We visited for my friends wedding and were totally blown away by the beautiful location and property. Cristine had thought of everything to make the space extra special - such lovely little touches (including Easter eggs which was so kind and thoughtful!) We felt instantly at home and had a wonderful few days exploring the gorgeous area. Beautifully clean, with comfortable beds and soft bed linen. If you are thinking about booking - do it!! We can’t wait to return and thank Christine for such a wonderful stay. Thank you xx
