Lovely place, well equipped Kitchen. Lovely and peaceful. Very comforrable and all the things you may need. Good phone reception, wifi connection and TV. Toy cupboard for our girls. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and beautiful views over the loch from lounge window. Lovely garden. Very helpful and welcoming host.

Memorable stay for our family of four. Lovely spot between the quaint town of Drymen and Loch Lomond. Convenient location in central Scotland - close to Glasgow, easy drive to Edinburgh, and good access some of the most scenic areas of the Highlands. Friendly, responsive hosts. Cozy, comfortable cottage. Well fitted kitchen. Only small issue was low water pressure in the showers. We’d definitely return.

We booked this house for a joint 70th birthday present to our parents and stayed with people aged between 1-70. It met all our needs well and the house is lovely and warm with good bathrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor space.

If you are looking for off-the-beaten-track luxury with incredible wildlife, views of beautiful Loch Etive and the surrounding mountains which are second to none - then this is the place for you! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay here and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this Air BnB and we would love to visit again. Note: we were thankful to find teabags and coffee - but bring your own milk. ;)

Karen was a friendly and helpful host. The property itself was tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and welcoming.

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. This was a great place to stay for a group of 6 friends on a hiking weekend. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice, though one of the twin rooms has quite small beds. We managed ok but they could be a problem for tall people. The hot tub and pool room were great fun, it's a real bonus to have stuff like that where you stay. Both bathrooms are a good standard too. Parking in the area behind the house is a bit tricky, especially for larger cars. Once you're in, it's very secure though. Just make sure you open the gate all the way and you should be fine. Callander is a lovely location and a good base for Munro bagging. We'll definitely look to see if this place is available when we plan our next hiking trip.

We had a wonderful Easter stay at Marianne's place. Surrounded by nature... moss covered trees, bubbling river, new lambs and visits from donkeys in the morning... and a warm cosy house to return back to after a long walks (and the best stocked kitchen on airbnb). Also great to meet Marianne in person to hear about the farm - and our kids enjoyed their walk with the horses. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant flat; a refreshing view over the Kyles of Bute, comfortable lounge and bed, cute kitchen with all we needed, intriguing connection to local history, local shop nearby, in peaceful surroundings. Morag's recommendations of walks, activities and places to eat were spot on. We especially liked Ostel Bay and the Bothy (best burger we've ever had!), Kames golf course, and a wee ferry trip over to Tarbert as foot passengers (saw a dolphin!). We had sunshine every day and the views in every direction were wonderful. Great place for a break!

Very spacious apartment with incredible views. Good location and easy to walk into town centre. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host Mary is responsive and instructions are clear and correct. I would recommend this apartment.

Would have had to pay more at hotels etc. This way we could cook our meals have our snacks and drinks at hand. Could not ask for a better host, she even left a gift for the birth of our granddaughter, very thoughtful act of kindness. If you want a great place to stay this is it.

We loved our stay in this very comfy, clean flat. It had everything we needed. Kenny and partner were great hosts and showed us around, gave us instructions on how things worked and also gave us some very excellent recommendations for places to go, places to eat etc which was very much appreciated. The flat is in a good area, a short walk from the centre. The furnishings are excellent, very quirky and made the flat feel warm, cosy and very relaxing. We looked forward to coming back to flat after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen is compact but again had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of drawers, hanging spaces and the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. We loved the hidden bookcase. We were sad to leave our little holiday flat and would highly recommend it to anyone. we would definitely book again when we return to Glasgow.

Great stay and location. Easy to recommend and will be an amazing base to visit the various parks and tourist spots in the surrounding local area.

I booked this stay on behalf of my wife and friends as they were attending a wedding nearby. They couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was spotlessly clean and had everything they needed. Margaret provided some bread, jam, tea & coffee and milk which was a nice touch. They also loved the big map that people had pinned where they had come from. Margaret was a great host when it came to communication before and during the stay and was always prompt to reply to messages. She gave me lots of clear instructions to pass on. We would definitely recommend Margaret’s property to stay at if you were looking for some where in that area.

We stayed here whilst visiting family over Christmas. very convenient for us and just next to the Spa shop for supplies. Spacious apartment, and good central heating needed at this time of year.

We stay in lots of Air BnBs as a family of 6 (four teens) and this was honestly one of our favourites. Blair was very responsive and friendly and met us to show us around (and save us a free parking space). The house was beautifully decorated in colours that pick up the surrounding sea and hills. Unlike some places for 6 this was actually for 6, not 4 plus 2 more squeezed in. Three ample bedrooms, two good bath/shower rooms, enough chairs and crockery for everyone. And all this in lovely Inverary with stunning views right over Loch Fyne. We even had sunshine! Can't fault any of it.

A fantastic stay had by two families with young children and dogs. A wonderful property in the most amazing location. We had everything in the house we needed and the kayaks and beach access down the hill was fantastic too. Great communication and information from the host. Thank you.

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

I would be hard pressed to remember a better equipped house. the hosts had literally thought of everything-from crabbing buckets to pizza cutters. on top of this of this to house was absolutely pristine and everything was very new and extremely well laid out and decorated. this is a fantastic base for up to two families to explore the local area. two minutes from the beach and from the local hotel. can't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic house - we had a group of us stay over new year and it was perfect. Huge social areas with a perfect kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Alan was so helpful. Would recommend!

Enjoyed our family getaway. A beautiful house that was stylishly furnished - very spacious and always warm. Clean modern bathrooms and amenities. Hot tub was of a high standard and nice and clean. A good base location to drive out from. Loch Etive was also within walking distance for a stroll with the dog. Handy grocery store 5 minutes walk away but unfortunately not a lot else open in Taynuilt (pub, tearoom, gift shop, butchers all closed - obviously this isn’t John’s fault though!). We got takeaway burgers and fish and chips from the Kilchruacan Inn which went down very well!

It really is hard to say enough great things about this house! The location looking over Loch Awe is a feast for the eyes ! The bedrooms all have their own unique vibe with super comfy beds ! The boat shed on the shore is easily accessible if water leisure activities like kayaking interest you. The dock & fire pit with seating will suit you if you love the outdoors & want to be close to the water. If warmer water is your thing hop in the hot tub & let it soothe away any cares you may have. Then you can cook up amazing meals in a professional kitchen that lacks very little for your cooking imagination! And the Games Room holds so many leisure activities & is a lovely private setting on its own. So take your friends on a once in a lifetime trip to this beautiful house on the shore of Loch Awe and prepared to be awed!!! Scott has a gem you don’t want to miss in the Western Highlands of Scotland ❤️😢
