This was a great place to stay, and while there was only 4 of us it would be perfect for big families! We had some slight trouble with getting in the door but Nicole responded immediately and helped us get in easily. It was a great location, super close to campus and also a Walmart. There was also tons of activity options provided in the house which we really enjoyed! I highly recommended!

The place was great, and the location was fantastic. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working, which was a problem for some work I needed to do, plus we had no TV without WiFi. Ashley worked to try to get the WiFi working, but it never did. She provided me an option to move to another AirB&B or get a discount. We decided to stay and receive the discount. So, Ashley was extremely responsive in trying to help us with the WiFi. I just wish that the unit had been inspected before we came to confirm there was no WiFi available. A simple inspection by turning on the TV would have shown that there was a problem.

We were in Lubbock for our daughter’s graduation, so it was a short 2 night stay. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The home is brand new, the furniture is clean, comfortable, new and beautiful. The home smelled and looked so clean. We were super comfortable. They even had a Christmas tree and decorated mantel, which was such a nice touch for this time of year. Highly recommend this home.

Husband and I enjoyed our night stay, clean and cozy. Only thing I would say is that on the front door it has glass in the center with a few clear openings every so often and would be easy for someone to see in, maybe a magnetic curtain rod and a curtain for a little extra privacy. Other than that it was perfect!

Shelli's home was absolutely perfect. We needed a "home away from home" for over a month while ours was being remodeled. Shelli was very responsive, caring, and accommodating. Her home was exactly as decribed. It was so clean and comfortable, with so many extras and nice touches throughout. If I ever need to stay in Olton again, I would definitely hope Shelli's home was available.

We loved our stay. The host was very easy to work with. It was so nice to have a clean and comfortable place to rest for our son’s wedding weekend. We would highly recommend Hub City!!
