I nærheten finnes det mange flotte turområder. Mulighet for sykkelturer, utflukter med lokal fiskebåt, SUP, Kajakkturer, Restauranter, Pub mm. Stedet ligger midt i Lofoten med 1 times bilkjøring til Å i vest og Svolvær i øst. Handelssted Leknes og Leknes flyplass er ca. 15 min. unna. Rorbu har fantastisk utsikt mot Lofotveggen, Mosken og Værøy

Hytta har også eget spabad som kan brukes av våre gjester. Perfekt base for en utforskende ferie i Vesterålen/Lofoten, eller bare for å være for seg selv og slappe av. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Welcome to Lyngværstua /Aurorahouse. Ceramic workshop: in the autumn/winter season i offer ceramic workshops View the northern lights from our terrace, kayak the lagoon from the beachfront. Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. The sauna has amazing views of the sea and mountains. Charger for electric or plug-in car is available.

Opplev fantastiske Hanøyvika ved Raftsundet. Eiendommen har panoramautsikt over sundet der hurtigruta passerer to ganger i døgnet. The house was completely remodeled a few years ago and features a new kitchen and open living space. Outdoors we have a great deck with grill for summer cooking. The house is on a quiet location with magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A SUP-Board (30 Euro) and a double kayak (40 Euro) is sometimes available to rent.

Best location in Hamnøy One guests feedback requires an explanation: My 5 guests from Asia complained that the hot water ran out when showering. This is the first time in the 180 feedbacks I have received. I explained that there is 200 liters of hot water, once this is used up it takes 30 minutes to heat up again. If all the guests shower for a very long time and right after each other, you have to wait 30 minutes for new hot water.

The cabin is equipped with everything you need, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful view, 1,5 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, and a dining room with room for the whole family. Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.
