The house is spacious with a convenient kitchen. All necessary appliances were available, though the kettle didn't work, so we boiled water in a pot. Everything was clean and in good condition, matching the description. Outside, there's a large pool with plenty of loungers, chairs, balls, inflatable rings, and other items. A nice, spacious outdoor table and a grill area for barbecues are also available. The second floor has three rooms and two bathrooms/showers. The water pressure is weak, especially in the fixed showerhead bathroom, but manageable. Each room and the first floor have air conditioning and fans that worked perfectly. All linens and towels were clean and neat. Wi-Fi is excellent on the first floor but barely reaches the second floor, so consider using mobile internet upstairs. Parking in the yard is narrow, but there's plenty of space in front of the house. The quiet neighborhood makes a car essential for trips to the store and entertainment. We were very satisfied

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

The villa set up is fantastic - a private pool, outdoor seating, and spacious comfortable accommodation with the necessary kitchen amenities to cook at home. We stayed with kids and they spent hours in the yard/pool. The beach couldn't be easier to access, about 100 metres away. The beach itself isn't anything special, but very quiet and relaxed compared to the stunning beaches in other areas of the island that were much more hectic. I would highly recommend taking a 4x4 buggy into Akamas, this is the perk of staying in this location in our opinion.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

Great place great area. The village is very nice with small restaurants and shops even Haggen Dazs ice cream. Close to Limasol and Paphos. The Villa was great nice pool and seperate Jacuzzi. 3 bed rooms one with ensuite bathroom. The ground floor is a kitchen well equipped and a living room with TV and a dining area. All well kept new clean and easy to use.

Ein schönes geräumiges Haus mit vielen Badezimmern / WCs. Viele Gartenmöbel an diversen Stellen im Garten und Balkon. Hinweis: bei kühler Witterung im Winter vor dem Mietbeginn Heizung einschalten. Besonders das Umfeld / die Straßen in Pine Bay haben uns sehr gut gefallen. HIer hat eine solide hochwertige Stadtplanung für ein ansprechendes Umfeld gesorgt.

This villa was in an idyllic location. close to all amenities you would need for a fantastic holiday. Very peaceful and tranquil. Couldn't have asked for a better Villa or host. Will definitely be looking to go back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in a quieter area of Paphos. Beautiful conversion of a building which has retained natural features. Very comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Inside is lovely and clean with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The outdoor area is a lovely sun trap we had a great time relaxing by the pool. We were welcomed by George and Cula who were very hospitable. Local shops and old town are 5 mins drive away making it great to enjoy the town but come back to a quiet place. Would definitely recommend booking this and we look forward to coming back.

Toppenbra boende för vårt sällskap på åtta personer. Rymligt med både privata utrymmen och bra ytor för gemensam tid. Trevlig och serviceinriktad värd som alltid svarade snabbt. Gångavstånd till strand, affärer och restauranger. Extra plus för pool och fin uteplats. Möjligen ett litet minus för att många av lamporna, köksutrustningen med mera krävde adapter för att kunna användas och det saknades adapters i huset - vi behövde alltså köpa väldigt många för att både kunna använda utrustningen + egna behov av laddning med mera. Men det var verkligen ett mindre problem - som helhet ett prisvärt toppenboende i trevliga omgivningar.

One of the best villas (villa itself+location+service) we have ever rented and we often hire villas twice the price in the world renowned Aphrodite Hills villa resort! Superb villa in dream location with direct access to the beach at end of garden - truly 5 star. The villa location was stunning with amazing sea vistas as soon as you open the front door - with a large, beautifully planted garden with palm trees waving in the breeze adding to the visual impact. Inside the villa was well equipped with quality furniture and sliding doors that opened right up so you can lounge on the comfy sofa and feel inside/outside living. Villa pics don’t do it justice - was all fantastic with everything needed incl nespresso machine not advertised. The second living room became our tech and movie room. The downstairs well-being area with proper massage bed was total luxury. The pool area was gorgeous - large, clean paved area with comfy sunloungers. As we were there in October we had arranged pool heating and the pool was meticulously maintained every day with temp 30 degrees - clean, well treated and warm enough for kids and even grandparents all day! The location is a mix of villages and fields running down to the sea with restaurants, shops a 5 min drive away and the buzz of latchi marina a 10 min drive. BUT The host makes this villa extra special. Maria arranged in villa dining for us (well priced) and in villa massage treatment (one of best I have had). We had requested specific groceries and Arkadios made sure these were all in the villa unpacked and ready for us - with no extra charge above the receipt provided. Honesty makes it for me and Arkadios gave us a 30% return on pool heating charge as the energy cost had been less than he thought - reflects fact that the family owners truly want you to have the best holiday and go extra mile to make it happen. (Maria even brought us a home-made cheesecake as a gift and Kostas gifted me gin for my sundowners!!) Highly recommend.

The villa is charming. Traditional design with stone walls, exposed beam ceilings, all opening into a wonderful walled courtyard. And yet, it has all of the modern amenities needed. The hosts had local bread, cheeses, and a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to prepare meals which we usually ate outside in the courtyard. The village is quiet and a good starting point for visiting the mountains and nearby villages. Lastly, the hosts were uber responsive and provided a professional, beautiful guide to the villa and surrounding areas. We loved our stay.

Great place for vacation. Weather ruined the whole stay for us but this morning had the sunshine at least for few hours! Good lounge, large garden and comfi beds. It was spacecious house. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed staying at Julia's place. The villa was clean and tidy. Lovely pool. The pool man came to clean it twice during our week here. The villa is private and very peaceful and has everything we needed. Pissouri is a beautiful traditional village. There are loads of bars and restaurants serving traditional food. The Cyprus night every Friday in the Square is a must!! Great fun and worth booking a table ahead at Symphonia. There is a welcome breeze most afternoons which makes July temperatures manageable. Julia was a great host and very responsive. Would stay again if in the area.

A beautiful villa, equipped with all the equipment (and kitchens amenities) that guests need on vacation, in a beautiful location facing the view and cliffs of Pissouri. Ladi recommendations and directions were spot on.

Ich war fünf Tage bei Graham. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in der Natur, die Nachbarn sind weit weg. Insbesondere der Poolbereich ist traumhaft, man hat von morgens bis abends Sonne und duch die Poolabdeckung war das Wasser bereits Anfang Mai 28 Grad warm! Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in Paphos, in 45 Minuten im Troodos-Gebirge zum Wandern oder in ca. 10 Minuten an der Küste. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenn man für ein paar Tage Ruhe sucht! Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich mal wieder auf Zypern bin.

What a wonderful find! The view from the pool and surroundings of the sea are breathtaking. The pool is big enough for swimming laps and having races! A two minute walk to the warm sea (beach shoes advised) where you can snorkel to see the various marine life. Another two minute walk to a lovely beach shack serving great cocktails and other drinks and snacks and where you can rent sunloungers. A car is definitely neeeded to access the supermarket in Latchi. There are roughly five restaurants within a 5 to 10 min drive though one at the bottom of the garden which was very handy. All-in-all, a relaxing holiday destination but not for those seeking a lively nightlife. Maro brought us figs twice and a homemade cake which was very generous. The only downside was Airbnb's mix up with booking and payment.

Wir haben im Haus einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Für bis zu 4 Leute ausreichend Platz. Schlafzimmer1 zum Pool mit Doppelbett 1,80m, nach hinten zwei 90cm Betten. Kaum Verdunklung, nur Vorhänge. Schrankwände mit viel Platz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Küche offen zum Wohnraum, alles Wichtige vorhanden, etwas wenig Besteck, leider keine Kaffeemaschine nur FrenchPress & Espressokocher. Bad gut, Wasserdruck durch Hauswasserwerk gut, Temperatur ok. Gut funktionierendes und schnelles WLAN überall. Steckdosenadapter von Englisch auf Schuko reichlich vorhanden. Garten um Pool schön angelegt, schwer einsehbar, man hat seine Ruhe. Einige nette Katzen. Pool schön groß, bis 2m tief und sauber, Savvas kümmert sich fast jeden Morgen darum. Ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick über Pafos. Parken problemlos. Reichlich gute Restaurants etwa 2km weg in Tala, zu weit zum Laufen da mit viel Steigung Große Supermärkte in Pafos. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

We stayed throughout Jan 24 and it was the perfect choice for a relaxing winter longer stay. The villa is so relaxing and comfortable, it was luxury to have so much space. The villa is in a charming little village where there are loads of local walks in the hills or down to the beach and has a wonderful sea view. Citrus groves surround the villa and we were able to squeeze fresh juice every day. The pool is a good size and maintained beautifully, as are the garden and tennis court. Everything was available in the villa to ensure a trouble free stay, there was tennis and swimming equipment, games and DVD's available and any requests we had were responded to immediately . The host went out of her way to maintain communication without being intrusive, it was good to know she was so approachable and responsive. Irene, the housekeeper lives in the village and was so helpful and kind when we had to contact her after struggling to find the villa in the dark. Completely recommend, relaxing ++
