Approx 2000 sq/ft home that sleeps 8. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All areas have their own climate control capabilities. 2 living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Porches, balconies and an outdoor courtyard equipped with grill, fire pit, lounging and eating areas. Laundry, wifi and adequate parking available.

Bring the whole family, You get both apartments that connect. With this spacious 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 laundry, plus 3 foldout twin beds is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out like jelly. We have a covered picnic area right out front with fire pit and grill. If you want to play in the creek or fish there is also a gazebo overlooking the creek. Trail 14 is straight across the road for all you trail riding adventures. We are close to Dollar Store and gas stations.

Renovated in 2021 the house was built in the late 1930's and is the only residence left in the commercial district of Chapmanville, Wv. This house is excellently located right off of the Main Street (Rt.10) and the train tracks running through town. A dozen restaurants, shopping, liquor, grocery and sight seeing are all within walking distance. Bring your UTV or a trailer full, we can accommodate you, plenty of parking. The town is ATV/UTV friendly to trailriders. Trail connects within miles!

If you like water, go kayak.Chief Logan State Park is 10 minutes away on 119 Hgwy, with public pools, playgrounds, fishing, picnic, & trail walks.
