Marija und ihr Bruder Frane waren sehr großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell kommunizieren konnte. Das moderne Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen eingeteilt, welche sogut wie identisch aufgebaut sind (die untere Wohnung hat noch zusätzlich ein separates Klo) Der Pool mit etwas Salzwasser und den eingebauten Whirlpooldüsen ist ein absolutes Highlight und war auch in den kälteren Abendstunden angenehm warm. Insgesamt war das gesamte Grundstück und Haus sehr sauber und großräumig, was den Aufenthalt einer größeren Gruppe sehr angenehm macht. Bis nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20-25 Minuten, allerdings gibts auch relativ nah innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeit einige gute und leckere Restaurants.

Great break in a lovely private cottage for our family of 5. Niko gave lots of tips of places to eat and things to do. Lovely swimming pool and garden and the house was excellent with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Advise taking a car to get about.

Three generations of family, we have just returned from a wonderful stay at Stone Villa Milan. Quiet and peaceful with the most amazing views. We were made to feel instantly at home by Josip's parents, who also cooked us a delicious traditional meat stew one evening. The villa is within walking distance of the local restaurants, shops and bakery, and the wider area is beautiful and interesting. We were all very happy with everything and would gladly return.

The entire property is absolutely beautiful. The house features a modern design, and the cleanliness is impeccable both inside and in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the three bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom. The pool is large enough for both swimming and playing various ball games (we were 9 adults and one child). We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious figs in the garden, and the pomegranates were ripening nicely. The area is very quiet, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a genuine pleasure to meet them.

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich tolle Menschen und das spiegelt sich auch in der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Gelände wieder, das Haus, die Möbel und das gesamte Gelände von 20000m2 sind top gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana. Klasse Aussenbereich, toller Ausblick und wirklich reine Privatsphäre ohne Nachbarn oder dergleichen - die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten sind neu und gemütlich. Edwin war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und wir hatten einen Obstteller, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung! Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend, außerdem wurde der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht ‚perfekt‘ waren, wie in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben. Sehr wenig Schränke und wenig Stauraum, wir waren zu zweit mit Hund weswegen das Kinderzimmer als Kleiderzimmer diente. Im Bad waren Waschbecken, Duschstange und Klobrille locker. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben. Bspw. Ein zweites größeres Schneidebrett, Eine zweite Pfanne oder ein Brotmesser. Das soll allerdings nicht den Eindruck über die grundsätzlich tolle Villa trüben! Wir kommen gern wieder!

We had a great experience with Damir and his sister as the host. The place is amazing, very quiet, beautiful around, lovely local restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Despite the sudden temperature drop it was warm and cosy inside. It felt as if we were at home. We had a big terrace with an amazing view and sunsets. The swimming pool was always clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, everything you need for a great vocation. Our children are already asking us to come back, it says a lot....)))

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeber, super Blick von der Terrasse. Wirklich alles top und absolut empfehlenswert.
