5 stars! Shawn & Amanda was an exceptional host! The place was spotless, perfectly described, and exceeded our expectations. Communication was seamless, and host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

Overall the house was definitely nice and clean... But the downside, is that not much things to do at the location and not much of Chinese foods. SKS Mall, not the mall that you may think. Not much of things in the mall and there's no food-court in it.

Had a wonderful stay at CJ's with my family. Place was clean and cozy, bed was nice and comfy. Aircons are cold, bathrooms water pressure was good too. Only difficulty was hard to get a grab car as location is new and exact address doesn't appear on the grab app at all. I mean generally it can be hard to get a grab in Desaru. There wasn't any stove for cooking but ecetrical kettle was provided if you want to cook instant noodles. Communication with CJ was very good. Fast response, good recommendation & suggestions. Parking space enough to park 2x 7-seaters cars.

The house is beautiful. The water dispenser is great add on. We enjoyed our stay. A clean, quiet and peaceful environment.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this gem of a home in Desaru! We visited with two families — 4 adults and 4 kids — and the experience was beyond all our expectations. The photos honestly don’t do justice to how beautiful, spacious, and welcoming this home truly is. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an atmosphere full of warmth and positive vibes. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with cozy corners to relax in, a well-equipped kitchen for shared meals, and ample space for the kids to run around and have fun. The little design details, the comfortable furniture, and the calming decor made it feel more like a peaceful retreat than just a vacation rental. It’s rare to find a place that instantly feels like home — but this one really did. We made such wonderful memories here and are already talking about our next trip back. Highly, highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and that magical “home away from home” feeling. 5 stars, no doubt

Bali Villa Desaru was is a lovely place to get together with family and friends. Our group of 7 had a nice time in this well furnished clean apartment. Was safe and convenient and had many entertainment options like pool, karaoke, jacuzzi, basketball, board games etc within the apartment that we thoroughly enjoyed. We found that only basic microwave cooking/reheating is convenient here. Nothing much to do outside the apartment unless you hire a vehicle to travel or walk around 10-15 mins (feels secluded in the dark though) to Lotus Desaru resort. Overall a fun and comfortable stay.

The host has put in very good efforts and attention to detail into making this place a very hospitable and comfortable stay for their guests. Everything that we thought we need is provided in the house. It’s definitely the best stay around this area
