Open spaces & high ceilings with updated modern amenities while keeping the rustic feel & original touches, which exude an old world charm. Tinning house was built in 1893 by Miss Jesse Talfore, a local school teacher in Lompoc. Floors are original 130 year old Douglas Fir have been refinished & sealed.

Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.
