Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bull Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, come for a quiet getaway or be inspired to explore the local walks and nature reserve. Bull Lodge is converted barn, which comes with lots of history. On the site of the village's Manor Farmhouse, this was where the bull was housed for the once busy dairy farm. Now it is tucked away in a quiet corner amongst newly converted barns and behind the original farmhouse.
