A 5 bedroom semi detached house with front and back garden and large decking area with seating at the back (two bedrooms are available with a double and two singles). The other 3 bedrooms are locked and empty when guests are staying.

A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). EV charging available.
