We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet semi rural private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

The Courtyard is a luxury, completely self contained apartment, safe and secure with its own private entrance. The king size bedroom and seating area overlook our courtyard in leafy Long Ditton. Close to Surbiton with trains direct to London Waterloo in just 16 minutes. Access to the suite is from a key safe. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
