We are a short 13 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, and Crouch End is only a leisurely 20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride away. With it's own access, your studio features tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-fridge, and a few goodies (no full kitchen). Our garden as pictured is a lovely tranquil place which we are happy to share with you if we are around - otherwise, it is all yours to enjoy!

Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
