Access to bus service on Rossdowney Rd to City, every 15 mins, is within a 5 min walk. Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Various taxi services available. My aim is that you relax and enjoy your precious break.

It's cosy, secluded and totally charming. Sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. Kitchen with programmable wood-pellet stove. Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
