The Oregon Landing is a 1939 cottage in the historic Wrigley neighborhood that pays tribute to Long Beach’s Golden Era of Aviation through its Minimalist furnishings and décor. The house is equipped and designed with traveling families in mind. Cozy, spotless, high-speed internet, a rain shower, and a piano for music lovers—my gold standard. Each bedroom includes its own individual temperature and air-filtration control system, dimmable lights, ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Belmont Heights is a historic, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!

This nonsmoking and bright 250 sqft Craftsman studio is located 1 block from the beach. It is close to the Art District, Convention Center, The Queen Mary, Restaurant & bar. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler and for guests who are visiting for a conference, extended business stay, training, visiting family, etc. IMPORTANT please read house rules before booking. The unit has no stove. A dedicated 1 parking space is included.

Follow the Marina to shoreline village, the Queen Mary, and Aquarium of the Pacific just to name a few.
