The hamlet of East Quogue is a destination for fresh food: one of the only local fish markets on Long Island, gourmet Italian butcher, farm stands, wine store, sushi, bagel shop. Nine beds upstairs that can comfortably accommodate 10. We only host guests w/ reviews . No dogs. Thanks for looking.

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
