This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting UConn or the surrounding area. Keri and Jason were fabulous hosts and very responsive to my needs. Keri even anticipated needs by offering to have a fresh cup of coffee ready for me on the AM. Everything was perfect for my stay and there was definitely a comfortable feel. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Very comfortable for a short stay with two coworkers for a conference! Melissa was super nice and the apartment was clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a third room off the kitchen and living room- a little office space where you can set up an air mattress or cot (both options provided). You have to walk through that room to get to the bathroom but I slept fine there nonetheless.

love love loved our stay. wished we could’ve stayed longer! so clean, extremely comfy, the bed was so comfortable. hope to be back. 100% recommend for a couples stay. the host was very helpful and kind. and the travel time into newport was so quick, there’s so much to do and see in the area. it was a wonderful getaway spot. the house was decorated beautifully and was so calming. thank you for a great stay!

Relatives were in town for a family event and we arranged their stay at Cupola Hill. Their feedback: "We really enjoyed our stay at Cupola Hill. It is just as nice as advertised. The hosts were great about dealing with winter storm conditions. They kept the snow and the ice under control during our stay including getting the driveway plowed after a 5 inch snowstorm early Sunday morning. The unit was clean and comfortable in every way. The shower was great!! We would love to go back. Five stars.”

We had a lovely stay! We’re sad our paths didn’t cross with Chester the golden, but nonetheless we had a great overnight. One thing to be aware of before booking: the church is a stones throw away from your window and the bells chime every hour on the hour, all night long. If you don’t want to wake up to 6 chimes at 6am consider booking elsewhere! Otherwise the suite had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the quaint town of Old Lyme.

My friends and I had the absolute best Montauk trip thanks to our stay at Aviva’s home! She responded so fast, the home was so beautiful, clean and in a perfect location!

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

Everything at the apartment was homey and comfortable, even with a surprise (to me at least!) April snowstorm! Perfect place to use as home base for exploring and Gretchen’s recommendations through the guide were super helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed to extend the duration of our visit and the host was very accommodating. The pictures and description accurately described the property which was quite cozy comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb. We had a great time! The place was nice, quiet, and clean. The view outside was amazing, and the hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. They even provided coffee and other amenities so make sure you don't overpack when you're bringing toiletries and groceries! They also have this cute little booklet by the front door to leave a message, and MAKE SURE to spend some time on the balcony at night, the view of the stars is unbeatable, me and my fiance spent an hour spotting constellations haha. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet romantic getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s charming 1780s farmhouse in Uxbridge, MA! From the moment we arrived, Jackie made us feel right at home—she greeted us at the door and gave us a brief tour of the house, which truly looks like it belongs in a storybook. The home is beautifully preserved and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. Jackie stocked the kitchen with everything we needed for a light breakfast—milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, scones, and oatmeal—which was perfect for our short stay. She also put together a detailed guidebook with local recommendations, and we’re so glad we followed her suggestion to try UXLOCALE—it was absolutely incredible. Only about an hour outside of Boston, the area was peaceful, scenic, and a perfect little getaway. As an added bonus, we got to meet her two adorable dogs in the morning, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay with a touch of history and charm!

We had a great stay at Alexis’ place. The shower had great water pressure and we were happy to have coffee provided for us to start our days. The bed was one of the most comfortable AirBnB beds ever slept in.

Thank you Ysancis for hosting my family and I. We had a lovely time and the place was comfortable. The host has gone above and beyond to provide amenities one wouldn’t have expected. Will definitely stay again.

This is probably our 6th or 7th stay at Matt and Jenny’s. We feel right at home so why bother checking anywhere else?

We stayed at Greer's place Suite 1 and have also stayed at Suite 2 of her Airbnb Cottage in Pawtucket Village. Both Suites were beautifully and tastefully decorated with nice linens and towels and it was very clean and cosy. The view from both suites was of the boats on the water and it is a short walk to the pretty village of Pawtucket. Suite 1 has a larger full kitchen and great outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend either one of these beautiful suites (both part of one cottage property) if you are visiting this area. We loved it here and they are very comfortable and relaxed. There is one parking space behind the property for each suite. There isn't a huge amount to do in the village but we walked and also enjoyed the restaurants and cafes. (we visited March/April) Our favorite was the Italian restaurant Basta in the High Street. We also visited Providence (20 mins) and Newport (45 mins) during our visit and walked along the East Bay Cycle Path for a few miles.

The hosts were very friendly and polite. My family had a nice stay there. The location was very convenient to nearby attractions. When we arrived, everything was clean and accessible. We were very pleased at the wide open kitchen and living room space. We were able to hook a Nintendo Switch up to the TV and have a Mario Kart party which everyone enjoyed. The bathroom is nice size and very clean. The beds and the pullout couches were all very comfortable for everyone. If we come back to this area we will look to return to this location!

Was there to run Brooklyn 1/2 marathon with this being a great location for easy access in/out of JFK and close to subway station to get to all the spots we wanted to do.

Kit is a “super host,” an accolade well earned. She was extremely responsive and her place was kitted out with everything one could ask for in a home away from home. The beds were also very comfortable, including the sofa bed. Her home is also in a cozy, forested neighbourhood and was very peaceful and quiet. We’d definitely return.
