Auf der 50qm großen Dachterrasse befindet sich eine große Lounge mit Überdachung und Sichtschutz. Des weiteren eine großzügige Sitzgarnitur. Das Hausboot wurde 2024 gewassert. Es stehen Elektrogrill, Heißluftfritteuse, Herd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine... zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Küchentücher werden gestellt.
