The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

We just returned from our third time at this property, which says it all. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Extremely clean and well equipped, and a five minute walk to restaurants and less than ten to a wonderful beach. The owners and their representative, Carla, are extremely responsive if you need something. Of course, we are booking for next year.

Our stay at the Rock was perfect! Such a great location. Florence was super direct and clear with all of the instructions, very quick to respond. Her mom Nicole was so sweet. The perfects hosts. Will hopefully be back one day! Already miss the views.

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

We had a great stay! It was a fun location- felt safe, walkable to a lot of good restaurants, across the street from the beach, could watch the planes landing and right next to the famous Maho Beach. Also walkable to beautiful Mullet Bay beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful and even dropped off some French pastries our last night. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Great surf bungalow out in Toiny. Nice two bedrooms with a great pool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Not the most equipped but great for the price. Super peaceful and would stay again.

I want to especially thank Clement for all the help he provided starting from our waiting at the airport. I would like to say that this villa is the best price-quality option on the island🥰

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Alan, who is from SBH (a local), went out of his way to accommodate our stay. The views are incredible and location ideal. The provided booklet had all the info we needed as first time visitors of the island. The 2BR and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Small personal touches were included (like teacups for my toddler girls). The Ride (surfer) theme is true to Alan’s spirit. We felt very cozy here. The pool was clean as well. I would definitely come back and stay here. Me and my family loved our stay.

Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

Logement incroyable avec piscine en plein cœur de Gustavia idéalement situé ! Intérieur et extérieur très spacieux, propreté irréprochable, calme, très bien équipé ! Hôtes très arrangeants et réactifs ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

Beautiful home and stunning views/surroundings. The apartment is on the lower floor of the owners house but it is very private. You get private use of the swimming pool and separate access down to the apartment. There were monkeys in the garden which was amazing! The only thing was there were lots of moskitos but the bed has a netting around it so you are safe. After a couple of days with some spray and plugs the moskitos stayed out of course with the doors closed. There is a microwave, sink and fridge, no stove or oven. Out of the way of the main town but super easy to get there by car. Ideally, you need a car to get to the property or taxi. Fantastic stay. Thank you

La villa était magnifique et c’est sur que nous allons revenir. L’hôte répond très vite et est super gentille. L’endroit est tout simplement parfait, nous avons adoré.
