Our 2 bedrooms are very comfy with great (King and Queen) mattresses. The neighborhood is quiet and near wonderful parks, UNM, and Nob Hill to walk (15 mins), bike ride or drive (2mins), which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! We do have a $15/nt pet fee (up to $45 max per pet). No garage access.
