Benjamin’s place was what we needed. Our group enjoyed our stay and Benjamin was very responsive and accommodating to our group needs. I definitely recommend his place for anyone with a large group. Will definitely be coming back if available for future trips to TN.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The home is very nice, was very clean, and he bedrooms are very nice. The common areas were great for cooking and hanging out. The location is a bit shabby and the outdoor photos do not represent what it really looks like. Other guests mentioned the stairs are slippery and indeed they are particularly because it is a shoes off house and you are in your socks. Several of us fell on the stairway, myself included. Also there seems to be a plumbing issue. If dishwasher is on it makes loud gurgling sounds in master bath sink. Also guest complained about the shower pressure in all rooms.

This is our 2nd stay at Miles’s place. We appreciate his thoughtfulness with creamer, OJ and bagels! The place is cozy, clean and convenient. Mike is very responsive when we have a question.

We all LOVED the house and location for privacy for our family reunion as well as all the amenities…We’d come again for sure.

Misha was an incredible host. She communicated throughout the whole process and was very prompt with her replies. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I would highly recommend reserving a trip here!

OMG y’all, Amy is such a sweetheart!! Her home is gorgeous and the surrounding hills and large 4 season room filled with windows made for some amazing mornings with coffee! The house is very spacious and fit everyone with a dining room, two sitting rooms and large kitchen. You got to get creative with bathrooms as there are only two but that didn’t even become an issue with our group. There is a beautiful pool with plenty of patio/deck space for hanging out. Covered parking and garage access. This house is about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to the City of Marryville. Also there is a tiny little hole-in-the wall diner called Snoring Bear. It’s a must stop for breakfast and only five minutes from the house. Amy was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we felt at home. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you plan on visiting eastern Tennessee!!! We will be back!!

We like the place. It’s convenient location to get into downtown. The house is beautiful and cozy.

Very enjoyable stay. Robert was very responsive. House was very clean. Very remote location, great for relaxing. Wildlife was everywhere. Would stay here again.

The Boyd Harvey Carriage House was absolutely lovely! We cannot wait to stay again while our daughter is a student at the University of Tennessee. It was the perfect landing spot for a busy football weekend in the fall. The owners have designed and decorated this space with so much care. We had everything we needed; it was hard to leave!

Great place to stay! I stayed long-term (about a month) for an internship in the area and the house helped and all its amenities made that an easy transition. Location was great for getting around Sweetwater and the surrounding areas. DeWayne was also a great host, very helpful and proactive with tips, instructions, etc. Only complaint is that the house is on a relatively busy road and you can hear some traffic from inside but I got used to it quickly!

We have stayed here for a couple of months over the holidays and visiting with family. This little farm house is a hidden gem. Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped and has everything you will need for short or long term stays. Close to town and restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Large eat in kitchen that has every convenience for cooking. Hosts are very generous with fresh eggs every week. I would rate the Airbnb more than 5 stars if I could. We enjoyed our stay and would book again whenever we are in the area.

This was our second time staying here. The view is beautiful and the apartment is clean and has everything you need. We have a small older dog, she loves being able to explore the outside. She has plenty of room to roam while we enjoy the view. Definitely staying here again!!

This house has a neat layout. I'm a lover of homes of this vintage so I enjoy the way people used space then and the added on parts - they add a lot of character. there is a train very close by and some other sounds I couldn't identify, but other than those the area was extremely quiet. I was aware of people walking very close to the house but they didn't cause any disturbances at all. They may have been staying nearby or may live nearby. It is a walkable area so not unexpected, just something to be aware of. Debbie was very communicative and provided a clean and charming place for our stay in Lenoir City.

Great place to stay, you need to near the colleges in KnoxTN

We were here for a crew event. It was perfect to come back and relax between races and at the end of the days. Noon checkout was super helpful for our Sunday race schedule.

Sonia's house met our need for a nice quiet stay near family we were visiting. The neighborhood was beautiful and I enjoyed walking it every day we stayed. The site had all that we needed-2 bedrooms, a well supplied kitchen for cooking and baking, nice bathrooms, a beautiful porch, spacious living area for hanging out, private parking.

Of course! Here’s a polished Airbnb review you could use: Our stay at this beautiful lake house was absolutely perfect in every way! We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the hosts went above and beyond to make it special — even surprising us with birthday balloons. The setting was stunning, with a gorgeous view of the lake, visits from friendly groundhogs, and the ability to bring our dogs, who had the best time. We loved kayaking on the peaceful water, relaxing on the spacious back deck, and cozying up by the fire pit in the evenings. The interior was newly updated with classy, tasteful decor and had every amenity we could have possibly needed — and more. When we asked about binoculars to better enjoy the view, the hosts thoughtfully provided a pair for us. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything so easy and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate or a more thoughtful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent experience!!

This was absolutely the perfect place for our group of nine visiting the area for a wedding. Some of us travelled as far as ten hours away and it was a warm and welcoming cozy home away from home after a long day of travel. There was plenty of space to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and three bathrooms came in clutch with lots of young adults trying to get ready in the same time frame!
