Great location close to Knoxville (25-30 minutes) and nearby the many golf communities located nearby especially Tellico Lake.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

The house was beautiful. We stayed on the property for a wedding with our family & it accommodated everyone well. It was exactly as pictured & we enjoyed being on the lake. It was the perfect stay. We enjoyed all the amenities like the bikes, ping pong table, foosball, and the view. Truly a beautiful home. Mei Ling was a great host and very communicative.

Barbs place was perfect for our weekend get away. She was responsive and ready to help the whole time we were there. Will definitely become a repeat customer of hers!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. I knew I wanted to return after the first time. Jay and Olga are extremely helpful and quick to respond. Everything I can imagine needing is provided and that's a relief for forgetful me. Thank you to these great hosts for making my stay a pleasant one.

Awesome place! A++ Super cozy and comfortable, beds really comfy! Cute antique feel. Made me feel like I was at my grandmothers house which is a good thing:) Cute neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay while there.

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was in the perfect location for our UTK visit. Entire campus was walkable from the apartment and parking was easy in what is a very congested area. It’s not a large space but the owner utilizes it well and it more than met our needs. Really appreciated the water and snacks on arrival that was a great touch! Would stay here again.

She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. We felt unsafe outside in the area and did not feel comfortable walking anywhere. The homeless population is extreme. When we walked in the building, we smelled a musty moldy odor and seriously contemplated finding a hotel but could not since so many events were going on and a lot of people were in town. The owner assured me that they had never had a problem, so we stayed. The condo itself is nice and had everything we needed.

The apartment was spotless and the location was fantastic, close to everything!
