We had a wonderful stay here. The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. Sean was a great host and very attentive by checking to make sure things were all good after our arrival —which it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Knoxville area.

The forest retreat is secluded while being close to many amenities. It feels like you’re stepping back in time - but with loads of amenities for the modern traveler looking for an escape with the family.

This place was just what we needed. Beautiful quiet comfy place to retreat to after touring UTK. Wonderful cabin experience outside, with the comforts of home inside. Great place!

The home is very nice, was very clean, and he bedrooms are very nice. The common areas were great for cooking and hanging out. The location is a bit shabby and the outdoor photos do not represent what it really looks like. Other guests mentioned the stairs are slippery and indeed they are particularly because it is a shoes off house and you are in your socks. Several of us fell on the stairway, myself included. Also there seems to be a plumbing issue. If dishwasher is on it makes loud gurgling sounds in master bath sink. Also guest complained about the shower pressure in all rooms.

Check-in was really easy. Very easy to get in. Mike was very friendly and had written instructions when we got there. Had no problem getting settled in at the place ( located close to my daughters home) so it was easy to and from. We love the access for the garage, especially when it rains! Good sized master bedroom! Dogs loved the back porch area today out in the sun. Great place! We’ll be back for sure!

Misha was an incredible host. She communicated throughout the whole process and was very prompt with her replies. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I would highly recommend reserving a trip here!

We like the place. It’s convenient location to get into downtown. The house is beautiful and cozy.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

Mike was an amazing host! He was able to get me an early check in which helped me out a lot. Per his recommendation we checked out Market Square. Which is a must if you stay here. There are so many shops and restaurants! We ate at Tupelo Honey for dinner, Ruby Sunshine for brunch, and before we left I had to stop at Coffee and Chocolate. The staff at all places were very friendly! Mike thank you again for a wonderful stay. I will for sure be returning! :) :) :)

Stayed to visit my wife's grandparents that live in Fairfield Glade and my family was very comfortable with the master bedroom very comfortable. Also was very great for my three kids that slept comfortably after catching fireflies at night. Would stay here again.

Shuli was nice enough to give us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and we were blown away. Beautiful and roomy private condo with a fireplace and fully stocked kitchen that will make your stay beyond comfortable and relaxing The location is full of so much to do anytime of year and the rentals are large enough for full family trips without feeling crowded. The area is very quiet and not rowdy, I believe we were told it’s kind of like a retirement community. We had such a peaceful time and definitely plan to be back again! They may ask you to sit thru some sales presentation for a free deal of some kind but we just politely turned it down.

Our host bent over backward to accommodate us during a very busy time. she was extremely responsive and proactive!
