Lovely place. Felt right at home. Mark was very clear with the instructions and was responsive.

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

This was our first Air B&B experience. If Hugh and his Emma are anything to go by as hosts we will always choose this option over any hotel. They helped us out of the way to make us feel at home. We were in-between selling a house thus required a month long place to reside. With the amount of baggage and luggage we could not have stayed anywhere else. The family let us use their shed space and took the burden off us. The entire property is just "wow". Endless green fields with local habitat, horses in barns, pet chickens and beautifully landscaped gardens around the whole palace like estate. A month is a lot of time but the family was very proactive to any queries or requirements. The dwelling itself has a lot of character, Endless paintings and views to die for. Not to mention the collection of multitude of books. The host had provided detailed information pack about anything and everything. We wish them prosperity and happiness in all future endeavours. Hugh do take a break!

A lovely , quiet and peaceful apartment perfect for a single or couple with a car due to location in relation to main centres..plenty of space and high ceilings Clean and tidy and friendly neighbours in peaceful setting Would definitely stay there again I would recommend better TV service as you can only access Netflix no local TV or news channels

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Adele’a stay was home away from home . Cosy and nestled in a great location . Most importantly adele was just a message away to help with anything that was needed. Highly recommend her place !

A lovely little flat. Clean, tidy and had all amenities and everything you could need for a nice relaxing stay. Very close to the Coventry canal, which is most definitely worth a walk alongside. Thank you Barbara.

Khalid is an AMAZING host—always super accommodating, helpful, and just a message away! This is the second apartment we've booked with him, and we can’t recommend it enough. Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

I would suggest anyone coming to Coventry to try this place especially when you are looking for close by place to city center and a humble host to welcome and serve you.

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!
