Janet was extremely accommodating! We had a last minute booking for a funeral and needed space for a few visitors. This house was perfect! The rules are generous. The house is so nice that my wife wants to find one like it for our future.

Staying here was great! They allowed us to check in a little earlier than 4pm which was amazing since we were traveling from out of state. Kaylan responded in a timely manner and was more than helpful! I would highly recommend and definitely coming back if needed in the future!

This was a beautiful and fun property. Between the game room, the beautiful furniture, the outside patio wonderland, and the comfortable beds we almost forgot that we came to Lake Charles for the casinos . We all just wanted yo hang at the house! We would definitely love to stay at Chris’ place again!

We had a excellent stay! Very peaceful needed reset would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Not to far away from restaurants and Walmart. We had an amazing time.

Cute house! Flexible host! We were trying to book a house we could use for Christmas since my daughter-in-law is due in January and couldn’t travel. This house had plenty of room and space for dogs. In the end our plans changed and the dogs didn’t come, but great back yard and lower family area. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled and modern. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Such a great place to stay! We stayed here last year on our vacation and we absolutely love it! The house is clean, spacious, and not far from town at all. Definitely booking for our trip next year if available!

Exceptional experience! David is a wonderful and personable host. He is very accommodating and the location was perfect. He gave us great fishing advice and restaurant recommendations. We felt like we were at home and were very comfortable. It was peaceful, private, and exactly as described. Extremely clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Came to New Orleans for a wedding and was so happy to find George’s place. Both my kids have pet allergies so I was so happy to hear that his place was not only pet free but he had very high quality air filters! We slept great and enjoyed neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

Stay here! Super cute location, plenty of space, the natural light in the living room is AMAZING, and the downtown area is SUPER cute! The coffee shop, Reve, was delicious (definitely get the "blueberry biscuit"), and the downtown is fun for walking and great restaurants. Teresa is AWESOME! Lots of lovely treats (good quality coffee k-cups, yummy coffee creamers, spices, and snacks). Very responsive, proactive, and the stay is decorated super cute! I highly recommend!

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

We had a great time and Stacy is a wonderful host, welcoming and extremely kind. We felt at home and if we came back to New Orleans, we would choose her place again. We highly recommend going there.

Its a wonderful, old, quirky space that has been updated and is totally functional and roomy. The location is perfect for access to the various neighborhoods in NOLA. Very close to good restaurants, short walk to the Quarter etc. The C unit is up three flights of stairs (which I missed in the pictures and description) which wasn't really a problem except we had one person in a "boot". Otherwise it was clean and safe, functional and historic. So all in all very nice.

My husband and I vastly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was perfectly located to the Jazz Fest venue and I was able to walk from the French Quarter without issue. The beds were comfortable and the courtyard was a wonderful place to relax. Joseph was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

What a delightfully inviting country retreat--definitely an artsy cabin and peaceful sanctuary in the woods! I'm sure I'll be back to enjoy again the natural beauties and delights of the area, the history and culture and cuisine there too, and this home away from home too.

It is just as describe it is a 1940s motor court cottages. Small but had everything I needed. Getting into the lock box was a little difficult. Clean linens and towels. Small shower, but was fine. Just needed a weekend away and it worked out fine for me. I would recommend it to anyone will definitely come back.

The Millers had an amazing experience at Sunhillow Farm Getaway. The host, cabin and beautiful property exceeded our expectations. We was impressed by all the amenities, quality, provisions and attention to details that made our stay welcoming, comfortable, relaxing and so peaceful and quiet …perfect home away from home getaway. We greatly appreciate the host and their hospitality. Unanimous vote: we will definitely come back and highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

The house was so nice. Bed was very comfortable . Was easy to find in daytime but a little hard the first night. Debora has a well stocked house and we felt right at home. The only complaint was internet was so spotty and it kept getting disconnected so there were days with no tv. So we just played music on our phones.

Really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area. We’re very thankful we were able to spend time in the cabin.

This spot is such a gem tucked away with a private pond and beach. The home itself is gorgeous. Newly renovated with gorgeous high ceilings, new furnishings, updated tech and a well stocked kitchen. We picked the place for the pack and play for our baby but they also had a changing table and his favorite changing pad from home. He slept like… a baby out here in the quiet and the black out shades were just the cherry on top. Will was so hospitable and communicative. Fixed one thing we needed within hours and gave us a great experience from booking until checking out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely be back when we visit family in the area.

We had a great time! It was a perfect bayou scenery and getaway! We brought our canoe (even though they have kayaks as well). We saw alligators and many birds! They had everything we needed plus more! I loved our little welcome treats. It was such a thoughtful touch!
