First time renting an Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the transaction was! The house is beautiful and on the water, so we had a great time sitting on the back porch. The house looks exactly as pictured. The hosts, Stephanie and Gurjit were wonderful! As a bonus this is close to the I10, so easy to get around the city.

Great place, super comfy for my friend and I. We were in town for French Quarter Fest and it’s hard to imagine a better location. Anne was great, very responsive and helpful, including good transportation tips and loaning us lawn chairs for the festival. Back patio was a great place for morning coffee and to relax after the fest. Definitely one of my best Airbnb experiences ever!

Very friendly owners. Samantha was on point with answering our request and ensure that we were comfortable. Their home is where i will staying when I come to Monroe.

Our stay was perfect and Sabrina was incredibly responsive and even accommodated a late check-out for us as we had a later flight. The place was spacious, very clean and was perfect for visiting our son at Tulane but was also close to restaurants, streetcar and Audubon park. We would definitely stay here again and really loved the place and appreciated Sabrina's communication and flexibility.

Penny’s home was amazing and her hospitality was even more so! The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. She went above and beyond to create a welcoming space that truly catered to her guests. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time! Really enjoyed the pool with my boys. We were in and out a lot due to cheer clinic at ULM. Overall we will definitely be staying here again. Host is quick to respond, her daughter is super friendly and got us everything we needed.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. This was the nicest home we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfy. Everything was as described. We would love to stay here again!

We were a group of five older but adventurous friends. We truly enjoyed our stay in the Queen Anne. It was as described a beautiful older spacious home with the original wood paneling and chandaliers and a stately double staircase There are sitting areas on the front and back porches and also on a small balcony on the second floor off the master suite. The master bedroom was quite large with an adjacent excercise room and bath with a walk-in shower and a Jacucci. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes , pans, untensils for cooking and serving and a dishwasher. The dining area and the living room were nicely furnished There were even umbrellas and camp chairs provided for some of our activities. The neighborhood is pleasant and quite walkable. There were some shops and a some good restaurants in the area. Overall the Queen Anne was a gem.

It’s was an ideal Airbnb with a pool and playground for my kids to play. Excellent location with a peaceful environment.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The home is just gorgeous and the loft is really cook and historic. Modern amenities combined with historic charm. We had all we needed in the apartment. Great quite neighborhood. Backyard pool is nice. We really appreciate that pets were allowed. We've stayed in a lot of places in Shreveport and this is our top choice. We will be back. Note there are stairs to climb so I would not say this is the best choice for a person with mobility issues.

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

Great place to stay, the house was very clean, with great smells throughout. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect, large yard the front porch was relaxing and serene and the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this property again next time we are in the area.

Great place! Big enough for a family of 5. The pool was a huge plus and the back patio was very quiet and peaceful. We were walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the two we visited were wonderful! Access to the Canal street buses and trolley were 3 blocks away and went straight to the French quarter.

A group of us had to attend a conference in NOLA and this place served to be the perfect spot that accommodated our group! We rented a car and the house was an easy 7 min drive from the convention center. It is located in a quiet area, and was extremely clean, and stocked with every essential we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight and served as a nice relaxation area after a long day of networking and conferencing!

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

The apartment was spacious and well-designed. Each room was quite large and had its own bathroom, which was a significant advantage. The area was quiet, and I didn’t have to travel far to reach stores or restaurants. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rachel & Brad were AMAZING! From allowing us to check-in early to having snacks and champagne for us when we arrived made them our BEST hostess yet!! Their response time was AMAZING! Always responded in a timely manner with whatever we needed and they had KUERIG COFFEE!! I would highly recommend them if you are staying in New Orleans, they even gave us a list of things to do and let us know about the French Quarter Fest that was happening!! Thank you Rachel & Brad for your hospitality!! You deserve more than 5 stars!

The house was amazing; everything was as described. The hosts had everything you could think of needing. The decor made my heart happy; the colors were bold and bright! The home has great windows for natural light. I’m originally from Lake Charles; the area is still recovering from the hurricane, however the hosts have made the house stand alone. The area was quiet and conveniently located.

Great stay, Mandie was very communicative and nice, it was very private and clean- great area, super close to french quarter. Great stay overall, 10/10 recommend :)

This was our second stay at this home while we were in town for a horse show. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is conveniently located. We'll definitely stay again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Very nice place with historic Charm and responsive and communicative host

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

It was great to find this 4br house for our entire family to stay for Easter Weekend. Plenty of space and great bathrooms. Nice place for the area. The host is very helpful!
