This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

North Cove Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.

Our home is located in a safe and quiet semi retired neighborhood. We are just a short 4 minute drive to McGhee Tyson Airport, and less than 10 minutes from dining, gas, groceries and many other amenities. Upon entering, you will find a cozy cottage style two bedroom, one bath home that is sure to suit your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer tucked in at the rear.
