With off street parking for 2-3 cars, enclosed garden to the rear of the property which over looks common land.

Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Burton-in-Lonsdale is a compact village of 600 residents within a short walking distance from the community shop. The village pub has re-opened (Wed-Sun) but currently not serving food.
