It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

This is a cozy one-room studio on the lower level with its own private entrance. The space offers a kitchenette, queen size Tempurpedic mattress and padded leather headboard, smart tv, and black-out curtains. The bathroom is private, spacious, with a unique walk-in shower. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed).
