Pretty Chocolate Box Thatched Cottage

A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the desirable village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and The Kingham Plough. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. This delightful cottage has been featured in House and Gardens Magazine and also Condé Nast Traveller. A home away from home and only a short 25 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Fourshires Lodge is a Cotswold stone lodge house built in 1802 and recently renovated to an exceptional standard, retaining many original features. The lodge benefits from exposed beams and stone work, mullion windows, large patio area, huge outdoor space and wraparound views over open countryside. Quiet and private location but only 2 miles from town.
