SELF CHECK-IN Cotswold stone house located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park on a 500-acre private nature reserve. The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Piglet's House

Set in eight acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, Piglet's House can be found within the grounds of an 18th century farm. Piglet's House contains a small but well equipped kitchen, a desk for 'working from home', a roll-top bathtub, shower and loo, TV and sofa, high-speed Wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Easily accessed from Junction 17 of the M4, it is set down a long driveway and has it’s own off-road parking spot for one car. Babies/toddlers welcome too.

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.
