The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

We're so glad we came back to Casa Monte for our second stay - it was just perfect! The house is beautiful and made our little family reunion really special. We loved spending time together in the dining and kitchen areas, sharing meals and laughs. The hosts have thought of everything, making our stay super smooth. Casa Monte is clean, comfy, and has everything you need. We highly recommend it for family get-togethers!

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

April is incredibly accommodating. We had so many apartment options to choose from, but we chose hers because she was very responsive and went above and beyond to make adjustments and consider our needs without charging anything extra. Truly the best service for the guests’ convenience. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! The place was clean and looks as advertised. The managers of the place give clear instructions and communicate well, making the check in and check out go smoothly.

The place allowed us to have a comfortable stay and had all the essentials for an overnight trip. Suggest to just add hangers inside the cabinet and a non-slip bath mat inside the bathroom. One tiny detail I wish that could be reconsidered is having plastic cover on the mattress underneath the bedsheet. But linens and bath towels smelled freshly laundered, which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience here!

The place is neat and accessible. Though it is connected to the main house, I enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the unit. One of the best finds in Malolos as it is affordable. The host is approachable and friendly. Will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

First off, Sherwin, the host was a joy to deal with. He is very accommodating even beyond the scope of normal hosting duties. He had helpful recommendations. The house is impeccable and the backyard being the best feature. Very enjoyable stay, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

The owners, Thomas and Rita, warmly welcomed us to their beautiful home and property. April, on of their co-host, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved their place, which is very clean, peaceful and has a huge grounds for a lot of things to do e.g. short trek, exercise, swim, etc. My daughter spent whole afternoon just seating in the veranda, reading and listening to the sound of different animals esp the birds. We were able to do guava and cashew picking as well with Rita’a permission :) She even gave us some bananas from their harvest (which was very sweet and tasty!). We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again!

The house is clean, and fresh beddings, towels and toiletries were provided. Overall a great choice for Airbnb in Angeles. Just note that there is no hot shower and house is located along a very busy street so expect sounds of vehicles and children playing until late at night.

The place was great! It was big enough for the maximum number or guests. Rooms were good. We did not foresee that 1 room had no AC, so with the current weather we cannot use the room for sleeping. But everything else (expectation) was met.

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.
