Macky and Ate Mau were great hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. This place is perfect for people looking for a nature getaway close to manila. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all my friends.

The place is clean and organized complete in everything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful andquiet. . It is easy access wherever you want to go in Laguna. Overall me and my friends are all satisfied in our stay. We will go back for sure next time.

First, the hosts were very responsive to all my questions and answered timely. Second, the place is beautiful with very open spaces where you can walk around. The furnitures are enough for big groups. (there were 25 of us). The big tables were very helpful when dining together and bonding with my family. The view is really nice esp when the wind blows, it’s refreshing and peaceful. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor with the rocking chairs facing the mountain. Third, the rooms are spacious and clean and to top it all there are bathrooms inside each room except the smallest room where the bathroom is outside but just adjacent to the room. Fourth, the pool is clean and warm, just the right size and depth. Amenities are good enough for what we needed on our stay. The price we paid was worth the place. The caretakers were helpful. I would definitely come back here with my family!!!

The amenities are thoughtfully provided, ensuring every need is met. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with excellent air conditioning—a real comfort in the heat. The staff really made our experience exceptional. The caretaker was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with, adding to our overall comfort. its kid-friendly and pet-friendly, making it an ideal spot for family getaways or fun trips with friends. It offers a complete entertainment setup, including billiards, various games, and karaoke, which kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. We also availed of the catering service upon arrival and before departure, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although the cellular signal is weak, the WiFi connectivity is strong. Highly recommend Casa Ferta!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!
