My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Beth and Tom’s place was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of fishing. Very comfortable and right on the river. It really was nice for my family to have a place to stay and relax like this .

The house was so cozy and welcoming. The weather was not great so we stayed in most of the weekend and just hung out, watched movies and cooked dinner and had everything we needed. Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home, aesthetically pleasing and super functional. We very much enjoyed our stay. Just 7 minutes away from a small town with great breakfast and coffee shops, a must visit brewery and some very good restaurants in the vicinity (blue fox, la cigogne and more). There are some sweet must do trails along the Delaware river. The house gets an A+. Felt very welcoming and easy to settle in, I particularly loved the floor and the quality build of the property. It was nice to cap off the night by the fire pit.

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay. We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

I was close to the area, decided to extend my weekend and did a last minute booking with Emily who was very accommodating! Her place was clean and I loved the decor and furniture. The kitchen is gorgeous and the counter tops made cooking easy with plenty of space for me to feel comfortable. Thank you for sharing, we loved it!

Beautiful space, hosted by Donna who was as helpful as possible. We were traveling for my girlfriend’s birthday and the space was right next to Main St so walking distance to everything you need which was a huge plus. Donna even set out birthday decorations and gifts for her birthday as well which was so thoughtful. The space was cozy and clean. Donna was also so quick with any responses and questions I had. Highly recommend !!!

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

This was our third stay with Patrick and it was fantastic! Patrick is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for his guests. His place is exceptionally clean, light-filled, and beautifully appointed. The bed is super comfortable! Centrally located, it’s walkable to almost everything Warwick has to offer. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Clean studio right on the lake, nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the frozen lake from bed.

This cabin is a great central location for Lake Harmony. It is definitely within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a cafe. However, the road is on a curve with no sidewalk so it may not be the safest walk. We could only fit one sedan in the drive because of the snow. The cabin itself is exactly as descirbed. It was perfect for our trip with two couples. It was very clean. It even had a hot chocolate bar! We had a great stay. Sonia is very repsonsive and helpful!

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures provided. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we hope to visit again soon. Susan was nothing but the best at communicating with us and all the little extras she provides at their cabin was just an added bonus. HIGHLY recommended!!

The cabin was great, especially the coffee! We enjoyed a lot! The view is beautiful in the woods. The hosts respond quickly and accommodating, and provide all amenities as needed. Recommend it if you are looking to stay away from city life and enjoy a cozy cabin.

Perfect cabin on the west branch especially for fisherman, walk right the back door and be on a great stretch of wadeable stream, and the boat ramp right down the road was a huge plus. House was very spacious and clean.

This was a really nice cabin in a great spot —super peaceful and the creek was amazing! Walking down to the waterfalls every morning was sublime. The property was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the fire and relaxing hot tub (this hot tub was born to massage btw, for anyone suffering from chronic pain). Everything was clean and well kept. The lighting inside was a bit dim for me, so it was a bit hard to get going on the cloudier days but still, this cabin was exactly what I needed! Oh, also, we had one clear night and... wow, i have never seen so many stars in a night sky, just astounding.

It was a very nice getaway for my husband and myself.
