Wonderful host and easy accomodation to settle into. The bed is super comfortable, we didn’t use the kitchen but was able to use the washing machine which was easy. Host gave us recommendations for places to check out and was very helpful. Location feels safe. A bit of a walk depending on where you want to be but a good choice if you want to be away from the main touristy roads

Upon arriving at Tika’s home, she noted that most guests book here for weeks and sometimes months at a time. After a three-night stay it was easy to see why. Tika and her husband Madhav are wonderfully welcoming people who have mastered the art of hospitality. Located in a quieter, more private part of town, this is a well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable space only ten minutes’ walk from the lakefront. I don’t think it’s a stretch to contend this is the nicest airbnb in all of Pokhara, and perhaps even superior to its hotels. Look no further if this is available — you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pokhara. The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were professional, prompt, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their guidance was helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. A special mention to the owner, who was present most of the time, ensuring everything ran perfectly. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Pokhara.

Nice apartment in a peaceful area close to the forest trail. The internet was good and I was able to work my remote shifts with no issues. The host was very kind and helpful to store my luggage while I left for trekking 🙏🏻

Отличные апартаменты, полностью соответствуют фотографиям. В номере также чисто, прекрасный вид с балкона, горячая вода и достаточно хороший интернет. Также хочу отметить скорость ответов хозяина, отзывчивость, готовность поделиться любой информацией и помочь по любым вопросам. По заезде были предоставлены номера доставок и ближайших ресторанов, что было очень здорово. Из совсем небольших нюансов - буквально пара столовых приборов и отсутствие каких-то чистящих средств, если выбираете место на долгий срок, чтобы готовить, подходящей посуды все-таки недостаточно для полноценной кухни, хотя есть пароварка и микроволновка, что конечно большие плюсы! Также иногда смущала слышимость, жила наверху и все звуки жизнеобеспечения дома были слышны🙃 В остальном квартира однозначно стоит своих денег, у вас будет очень чистое и комфортное проживание!

이곳은 전형적인 주택가에 위치해 있습니다. 도심에 위치 했음에도 시끄럽거나 혼란스럽지 않고 평화스럽습니다. 아침에는 대나무 숲에서 야생 원숭이 가족이 노는 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다. 사랑콧까지 연결되는 집 뒷편으로 산책하기 좋습니다. 숙소는 침실과 다이닝 존이 완벽하게 분리되어 있으며 양쪽 모두에 창이 있어 개방적으로 느껴집니다. 발코니에 앉아 담소를 나누거나 주변을 보면서 시간을 보내기에도 좋습니다. 집이 깨끗하고 침대와 린넨도 편안합니다. Tika와 그의 남편은 쾌활하며 적극적으로 우리의 요청을 수용해 주었습니다. 그의 남편은 우리에게 여행지에 대한 많은 정보를 주었습니다. 그녀의 가족들한테 저녁식사에 초대 받아 담백하고 자극적이지 않은 가정식 치킨 달밧을 같이 먹기도 했습니다. 쾌적하고 가족의 정서를 느끼고자 하는 분들에게 이 곳을 강력하게 추천합니다.ㅁ

Great apartment in Pokhara 👌 I stayed here for the second time and would happily return again. The apartment is clean, spacious, and cozy, with a comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, big balcony, and a proper workspace. The landlord is incredibly kind and responsive, and the staff is polite and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, about 10–15 minutes’ walk from Lakeside. Lots of shops and cafés nearby, and there’s a nice trail up the hill just next to the building. Laundry service is available and works perfectly.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! Tika and family are generous and welcoming hosts who made me feel right at home. The space was perfect - cozy yet spacious, comfortable and clean, quiet and peaceful situated next to a hill and forest with a wonderful hiking path leading to beautiful views. It is also just 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. I had everything I needed the whole time and I slept like a baby. Excellent wifi and all kitchen amenities too. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Tika’s place. Thank you!!
