A Japanese who started to develop and pioneered the Surfing Capital of the North, San Juan, La Union. We are located at the heart of San Juan Surf town, one minute walk to the beach passing the resort and the place is very private, with a gate and with a wide garden to park your vehicle. It's quiet, peaceful and best of all - SAFE!

A kettle for coffee is included in your room San Juan surfing is a 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd. Note that my pets live on the property yet are friendly & welcoming

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny house. Fully air conditioned home with parking, kitchen, outdoor shower and grill. Furniture includes a Queen bed, 3 seater sofa, 3 dining chairs, foldable dining table, wardrobe cabinet with drawers, study table (convertible to vanity with mirror) with a chair. A valid government ID may be required especially for longer stays.

I&G Beach House

Make yourselves at home in this spacious and exclusive villa by the beach. Guests can stay in our four (4) fully air conditioned bedrooms. A nipa hut (kubo) near the pool can sleep three guests (fan only). There is a gazebo near the pool where guests can hang out, sing karaoke, cook, and grill. Beach is a few steps away from the backyard.
