Great place to stay 🫡 Host very responsive, very clear instructions, the house are so comfortable, my family really enjoy it, beautiful view from the living room & balcony especial during night time, bed also comfortable~ Definitely going to repeat again when we come to Penang again~ Everything is good~ (except lift 😂 , need to wait for awhile during peak hour check out time), overall its good to stay as staycation and worth it 🫡

Excellent apartment. We were informed of a possible water supply disruption in the area. Dk was so helpful in preparing water supply in plastic containers etc. we didn't need to use it as the water in the tank was adequate. Overall good experience and a very responsive host. highly recommended this apartment.

Soon Lye’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is very spacious – way more than what we expected. It is very nicely decorated, and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay (the washer and filter water were a big plus for us). Great location on Chulia Street, one of the most popular streets in Georgetown. You can easily walk to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat around. Soon Lye was a super host. He let us have an early check-in and a late check-out, which were so much appreciated, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my queries. Thank you for everything Soon Lye!

Really enjoyed the apartment and I felt comfortable right away! It's spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Great having a microwave, washing machine and dryer, plus a water filter machine so you don't have to buy water. The TV is preloaded with an app that has a lot of content from all the streaming services (Netflix, Disney. AppleTV, Max, etc) so you don't need to (won't be able to) use your own account. Very convenient having a convenience store and Starbucks in the building. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful . Definitely recommended, and we would love to stay here again.

房子干净整洁并且宽敞明亮，床睡着非常的舒服，窗外风景宜人，也没有任何的蚊虫，卫生间很干净。房东回复也非常及时，这个房子楼下有很多吃饭的餐厅和超市。非常的方便。泳池不错，孩子非常喜欢在那里玩，总之这次入住是个很不错的体验，强烈推荐！

I had an amazing stay at Freddie’s apartment in Georgetown, Penang! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great local food spots, major hospitals, and heritage sites. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped for a long stay, and exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the washing machine. Check-in was seamless, and Freddie was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Whether you're here for sightseeing, medical services, business, or just to chill, this place is a perfect base. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Penang!

Booked the apartment and I must say it is really splendid! Amenities that you need is all in place, and is good walking distance to many nice delicacies around! Host themselves were super engaging and really really wonderful in ensuring that our stay is well taken care of! It was about 10-15mins from everywhere we needed to go, so location was great! It’s by the beach and it was pretty near some convenience stores, so overall it was great!

Casey was a wonderful host! The place is identical to the photos and a great place to base yourself to explore Georgetown. Walkable to some amazing food courts and easy grab to many night markets. Wonderful views from both the condo and swimming pool.
